It's the truth, but if you want Gil, beat up the Gimme Cats outside Daguerreo. Don't give them a Diamond. Have Millionaire equipped and you'll get 7500 Gil for each one you kill.

I never found out if getting a question wrong affects it or not. Maybe! But At the end, he gives out prizes according to how much you have correct and he dies! He leaves over 50000Gill but with Millionaire, you get more!

Go into a forest and find him. Then after the fight, press the buttons on the D-PAD really slowly! If done right, you won't see the leaves move in the forest. Keep it up(takes awhile) and you have a really high chance of encountering him again. Make sure you answer his questions correctly and have Quina equipped with the Millionaire ability when you find him for the 17th time. Hah! 17
