Hey, I've plucked apples in public all the time. =D Not that they taste any good, though. =P Uh, not really, no... My family fails at growing stuff. We're all too lazy to water it, and it dies sooner or later.
Lucky escape much, eh? XD My mums friends mother used to grow apple trees at the foot of her garden... they were quite nice, just a little... ermm... if I say dry, would you get what I mean?
My cousin, who volunteered to work at a public garden, once plucked an apple from one of their trees, and when she turned around, there was an employee walking down. She got rid of it right before the employee could see, though.
Well, if the soil is good enough, and the trees strong enough, why should apples be able to grow? I mean, I don't know the factors in growing apple trees, but surely its not that hard, right? XD
I wonder how the apples can grow on mountains, though... The tasty ones!
