I have no clue. but he has floating weapons all over. But it can be seen as a fact, since more and more fast food places keep getting opened up over here.
I'm guessing you have to be very strategic to beat him? I know, but ouch... let's not generalize it by saying "America" loves it, I'm sure that there are many people that don't like the stuff which are American.
I always died fighting this reaper boss. ='{ I don't eat fast food very often, either. It's good when you're hungry, but it's far too greasy. America loves it, though... =O

I hate the lack of save-points it the game! I kept dying on that red guy in the prison because I tried to beat him, because I fought I could kill him! I eat with my hands most of the time too!
I died during a boss battle that was preceeded by a long cutscene. I break the food into bits with my hands instead of biting it, whenever possible. =P
