I had a hard time creating a quiz, so I just dropped it. Yeah, they're terrible. At least I got a 100% on one for the original Final Fantasy one. Hehe. You really didn't have to say that. If I didn't know any better I'd be getting my whole face red at the mere mention of a date. But you're right. I wanna see what I can do alone, anyway. Um, good things, of course! (I'll point out in advance that if there's a Chocobo Eater on the loose during the ball, I didn't have anything to do it). I'll check on the sticky threads. Thanks for the info, again!
Ahh, the quizzes are terrible. No idea who wrote those up, but they sure did do a terrible job. However, there're better trivia games in the forums for each Final Fantasy game. They're sticky threads, so they're right at the top of each forum. Haha, if I didn't already have a date (read: I assume I have a date with Mistress Victoria), I'd suggest we go. But yeah, you don't need to have a date - those are just role play options which make it a lil' more interesting sometimes. Take all the time you need, haha. There's no hurry at all. ^^
Thanks for the info! I was actually taking some quizzes, they're fun. But apparently someone who put an FFIX didn't do their homework. I knew I answered some questions right, like "What does the Mace of Zeus teach" and I put "Doomsday". Result. 0% correct. but I'll post a better one, just watch! And yes, I've actually posted on the main topic about the Quistis Ball. I'm gonna show-off my writing skills there, but seeing more dudes than girls is a sure sign that I'll have to go without a date. Ha! Yeah, I'll see what I can do in the Literature forum. It'll take a while to come up with something, though. Hmm...
I didn't see your previous VM. >< Sorry. D= Honestly, reading and posting in topics is the main thing here. There's a whole heap of Final Fantasy topics and trivia to dive into, depending on the ones you've played and such. There's a gaming forum, where you're not limited to just Final Fantasy. If you're looking to come away from games, there's General Chat, Intellectual Discussion, Music, Films/Animation, etc, forums to post in. Those are good for getting to know the other members. One other place which is good to get to know people is the Humour and Word Games sub-forum in General Chat. That's the place for spam, really. If you know any good forum games, or like any already there, be sure to check it out. Seeing as you're a writing person, you might want to check out the Literature and RP forums. Feel free to leave snippets of your work there if you wish, and take a look at a few RPs. When you're comfortable enough, you can set up your own RP and get others to join (although, RP is quite a slow going thing here). Fortunately, you've joined at this time of year when certain events take place, like the awards and the Quistis Ball. The Quistis Ball is a huge RP that gets done once a year about the same time as the awards, and allows members to show off their creative side, their writing skills, and it brings people together. It's a lot of fun. There's also a whole bunch of social groups. Most of them are inactive, or moved into the Clubs forum, but I'm sure there's a few active ones about. If you get bored, there's an arcade full of games at the top of the page (forth right from User CP). When I joined, you had to buy a pass using the gil you earn from making posts, but I don't know if that's still there. There's some fun games in there though. ^^
