  1. Well I got Firion up to level 100 in Dissida and I'm currently working on Onion Knight whom is currently 71. I got a really good bonus today - everything so I plan to take advantage of that.
  2. ooh nice, before i get into the DS dragon quests, i want to get my hands on FFXIII like everyone else here haha
  3. Well yesterday I listened to a podcast from Active Time Babblers and one of the guys imported the Japanese DS version of Dragon Quest VI and said that there is Slime Curling as a mini-game!! I laughed on the inside but that is pretty cool and can't wait till they bring it over stateside.
  4. Hey Zargabaath, how are you today? anything new going on?
  5. thats pretty good. as for Tales of Symphonia... I thought it was ok. I'm big on the Phantasia game of the series and I really think Phantasia is the best one out there. But I do admit Symphonia is pretty good for a Gamecube RPG.
  6. A bit more informatin regarding DQIX. Nintendo will be handling the promotion/advertising for the game in NA which is very good news as S-E isn't all that good. Plus, the last time Nintendo promoted a game at this magnitude for a game not their own is Tales of Symphonia and that is still the best selling Tales of game in NA and is probably the best RPG on the Gamecube; admittidely there isn't much competition in the RPG category on the Gamecube.
  7. Pretty good. I'm nearing the end of Disc 1. I probably will surpass my first playthrough in time as I've been spending more time learning my Deathblows (attacks). My first time took 56 hours and 20 some odd minutes. I'm at 42 hours on my current playthrough I think. I should have it beat before FFXIII is released.
  8. hows xenogears going for you? i'm making good progress in Tales of Phantasia. I have 2 dual tech combos and 3-4 regular skills for my main character. I'm currently in the town of Alvanista and i just bought weapons and armor for my party.
  9. Well you got around 5-8 months before it is released so you gotz zome time.
  10. sounds like good news to me. i'll have to give it a rent via gamefly whenever i get gamefly which will probably be way after the game is out.
  11. Got some good news if you have a DS. Today, just a few hours ago at the Nintendo media summit in San Francisco that S-E will be releasing Dragon Quest IX this summer - no exact date had been announced but that is still awesome.
  12. I sure can't wait until FFXIII, its almost here! Give it 3 more weeks and it will be released. Meanwhile I got 3 other cool games to play like Modern Warfare 2, Sonic, and Metal Gear Solid 4. I do have Ninja Gaiden but I loaned it to my brother. After getting FFXIII, i'm going to look into buying a subscription to gamefly and rent games from there that I want to play. You get to keep them as long as you want and you can also return them for different games. My first game I'll rent from there will either be Street Fighter IV or Tunsoko Vs Capcom.
  13. Not sure about that; I really didn't inquire as to why it is broken.
  14. as for the broken nes, can it be taken to some repair shop? or is it broken to the point where it cannot be repaired?
  15. Actually I already have PSN ID, or I should, from my PSP - though I can't remember it currently. I'll have to check what it is eventually.
