  1. Why thank you!
  2. But I enjoy causing confusion sometimes!
  3. You really should put that in your signature maybe; it explains a lot.
  4. Essentially, it was one of those "I'm gonna start doing this, just because" kind of thing. My brother always ended his messages with "Anyway..." which I started copying. Then he called me out on it, so I stopped. When I started writing blogs, the first couple I did ended with "Wuv, Tom." Then I was responding to some message, where I felt like being snarky/stupid, so I ended my response with "Wuv, Yer Mom." And then I started ending all of my messages with that. The "Anyway..." creeped back in in the form of "Anyhoo..." I think it's been since '04 that I've done that. Anyhoo...

    Wuv, Yer Mom
  5. I suppose it comes down to the fact that liberal individualism is only a modern phenomenon. It simply doesn't make sense where things are harder and need a level of illiberalism to organise society.

And what is with the "Anyhoo... Wuv, Yer Mom" thing? Is it from a film or something, and how long have you been doing it?
  6. Well, I knew about it, kind of. Reading Acts, you definitely get the idea that early Christians were communists. If you really think about it, in extreme conditions, that is what it takes for a society to survive. Like if you watch the movie "Defiance," their forest community was communist. It gets more difficult when the population is increased, because people suck and are greedy/lazy/whatever. Anyhoo...

    Wuv, Yer Mom
  7. Hahaha that's awesome! I never would've thought.
  8. I think I like this one. I'll join.
  9. Screw it, that photo looks the part. Besides, we're not communists; some people just rock out with the 'communist' 'insult' whenever one says anything mildly non-conservative.
  10. I dunno, man.I'm not sure if I know enough about communism to really advocate it. Get it mixed up with socialism quite a bit. I will have to do some research on the subject.
  11. Lol it's still in theatres here, I'm aiming to see it in roughly two weeks. I'll let you know how it goes.
  12. I haven't seen it yet, but I really want to. Dunno if it actually showed around here when it was in theatres.
  13. I remember reading in your journal that you're a fan of Studio Ghibli. While I can't claim to be an avid fan, what I've seen, I love. Have you seen Ponyo? If so, is it any good?
  14. It's in the background, behind a lot of stuff. I wrote an update on it in a journal post a while back. I'm buried in books for the next while, but it'll probably resurface over summer. Thanks dude.
  15. Hey man. Just checkin' up to see how you were doing on your conflict of faith. Haven't heard you talk about it for a while. Still thinking about it?
