Yes and no... Yes, because my family is really big on Christmas, and we really go all out for the holiday. It also makes my mom happy to see the house all decorated, so that's nice. No, because I have NO shopping done! I know it's not really important, but I think it's nice to give the ones you love something special for the holiday. Also, this year went by way too fast... You'll have alot of fun with Mother 3 if you ever get to playing it. The best part is the sound battle system where you can lay up to 16 hit combos hitting the A button to the battle music beat, its awesome.

Haha.. I watched some Mother 3 vids on Youtube and it does look like a lot of fun. I still wish that NoA would bring it over here. And yes, I already knew of the patch. The computer field would be a great path to go, imo. There's all kinds of growth potential, because technology is evolving all the time. I work in the restaurant business, and it can be stressful, but if you enjoy it then it probably wouldn't be a problem.

I want to get a job either in the computer field (computer building & programming field) or a job in the restaurant field with cooking and stuff. As for Mother 3... there is an english translation patch for that game *hint hint*. I played it and beat it and I loved every part of it
I love Earthbound! That game is another that I put on my top ten list. I want to play Mother 3, but Nintendo won't release it here. Double sadface... Good luck with getting your GED, and getting a job afterwards. I remember when I was looking for one, it seemed that no one wanted to hire me because I had no real work experience. Luckily I finally got the one that I work now, and I make pretty good money for what I do. I work as a waitress, btw. It's not the most glamorous job, but the pay is a lot better than most of the jobs in my area give, when you factor in your tips. What sort of job you interested in?
Yeah, I'm doing pretty well. I've been playing through EarthBound for the SNES. Its my 6th playthrough and outside of that I've been working on getting my GED. I got a hign school diploma just last school year but it works differently than a normal one and so I've been attending an adult school to prepare for the GED testing so I can pass and get it. the GED will give me more of a chance of getting into a job and stuff.
Pretty good, thank you for asking. Not really doing anything too exciting, just waiting to hear a call from my boss to see if I have to go to work tomorrow or not. I lost my voice, so I am pretty much useless when it comes to my job right now. Other than that, nothing much else is exciting. How about you? You doing alright these days?

Well it IS illegal however there are thousands upon thousands of people downloading, hacking, translating roms all over the place and no one really gets in trouble for downloading them. The emulators are legal I think. Stuff people get in trouble for waayy more often is the music files and movie files.
No. I haven't done that. I know that you can play a lot of games by emulation. I seriously thought about finding some, but I'm not so smart when it comes to computer stuff, so I would probably have no clue as to how to get it set up and started. Also, can you get in trouble for doing that? It seems a bit like stealing, because you aren't paying for the games you want to play. I am just a bit iffy about stuff like that, because knowing my luck, I would get caught and be fined a lot of money or something... I could be wrong though...

Oh, I put IoG as one of my top faves in the Top Ten games thread! I got up to Mu, and I had a hard time getting passed that... I watched my older brother play through the whole game back when we were kids, so I got to see everything that happened, but I would of really liked to have played through it myself... He took off with the SNES and all the games for it when he left to join the Air Force, so that put a hindrance on me getting to finish it.
