I'm not really good at stuff like that... I've only really just started using digital art programs. You'll want someone that has a little more experience with it that I am. Andromeda is a good one to ask. I've seen a lot of people get thier banners from Andro, so I'm sure you would get one if you just ask. ViviMasterMage is good as well. You might have to drop by his Profile page first and ask him there. He's a busy guy, so I don't know if he is still running his sig shop or not.
