I noticed from one of your threads that you're into music. Not too sure if its just the underground bands but do you happen to know a hip hop artist who goes by the name Louie Knuxx? his real name is Todd Williams. Hes originally from NZ but hes making quite a name for himself in Melbourne.

I think I make religion out to be much more big a deal than it actually is. Its just what someone believes in. I really shouldn't have a problem with it unless they're trying to preach to me. I should concern myself with other things. I can see how you might have been pissed off at some of my posts.
Yeah I do realise that. I actually tend to avoid attaching the label of 'Christian' to myself, because people tend to have preconceptions that are very often inaccurate when applied to me. I prefer to see everyone as an individual, but this is of course not very helpful and in practice generalisations are used all the time. They can be valid. I don't think they are in this context, which is really my point.
I guess his religion was irrelevant. Obviously I need to learn that since you are a christian and believe different to him, then christianity plays no part in where the opinions come from, but instead rather personal preference. But you do realise that these representatives assume you would agree with them since you are a christian too, yes? I didnt know his name, that was just how he was introduced.

I was simply stating what was on the news and meant nothing by it. He was asserted as a representative of the christian community, I had no other way of referencing this. Please understand, I know where you're coming from but this time you are the one reading too much into this. He just happen to be speaking about something that had nothing to do with and he had a shit opinion. He remains an individual like anyone of us. It's a pet peeve because there are like 1.5 billion Christians in the world and there is no way that one person adequately represents them, especially when s/he's talking about video games. Later on I had lunch with my Buddhist friend and bumped into a Jew as he left the lift. In all of these instances, I just interacted with people -- their religion didn't define them.
