It's gonna help me out, for sure! Sadly, Bowman's Inferno Pellets are, as you probably guessed, fire-elemental. But, he was Petal Fury as well... which if it misses... he's punching the air... But anyway! Well, don't stop now, I still have a few brief day or two while I FINALLY finish Zelda!
Well, maybe the Burst of Fire might not be so good for Bowman. Some enemies can absorb fire, making him useless. Try Customizing the Knuckles of the Moon with a Diamond to get a 1,200 ATK weapon, I'm pretty sure. Or give him the Sorcerer's Knuckles so you can replace the Emerald Ring that you have equipped with another accessory. Hey, I actually enjoy imparting this knowledge to you. =D

What's the drain rate of the Phantom Slayer?
She'll be powerless with the Bloody Armors on. =D Actually, Bowman or Chisato can easily solo her by themselves, as well as any other enemies in the game, with the Phantom Slayer and Bloody Armor.
I think I'll do the Bloody Armors for yet a while longer, maybe up until Gabriella Celeste...
