yeah, smoothness takes practice in drawings. doesn't that game seem like its addicting? it even kinda has that weapon system i was talking about for FFXV but you forge the weapon to make it stronger. You also get insane hp and mp in here. When I hit level 8 i was already having 1000 hp, no lie. Now my party has halfway to 3000 hp where i'm at now. When i was level 17, two of my characters already had 1000 mp.
Things are going okay, though I wish I knew how to make my outlines smoother, but I suppose that's just one of those things that come with practice. I watched a quick vid about the Dual Orb II game. It does have some pretty spectacular battle animations. I didn't watch any of the other one, but it sounds neat.
how are those going so far? if you want to know what exactly i'm playing, one game i found is called moon princess legend, you're this one guy who's on a quest to find a jewel and rescue the princess and its set in a text based adventure style that has graphics. the story is based on a japanese legend which was kinda cool to learn. Its for the Famicom. The other game i'm playing should be pretty obvious by now, its Dual Orb II and its for snes. Turn-based rpg with an interesting story and the battle animation is gorgeous and it has a pretty cool system too. Theres another game I found but the music gave me a headache, it was really high pitched and I think it invaded my mindwaves haha.
That's cool. Glad you get to chill with some of your friends. That sounds like loads of fun. And yeah, just finishing up some drawings.
Well i went to visit a friend for an hour and a half, we would of chilled longer but he had rehearsal at a church. I delved into some japanese game roms english translated because i wanted to play something new out of that category that i've never played before and that turned out to be good success. I'm playing one of them right now and i'm hooked... maybe a little too hooked for my own good lol. I'm also going to be having 2 friends over tomorrow which should be nice. Thats about it really. What kind of projects are you doing? more drawings i presume?
Not a lot. About to play some more Persona 3, and maybe get caught up on some projects I've been working on. What about you? Anything interesting going on?
hello, whatcha up to this evening?
Its not on my queue at the moment but i'll put it on there sometime. So have you found any new stuff to do? My dog has been attention hungry as of late, she loves it when I return home and she follows me around the house for a bit and then retreats underneath the coffee table.
Yeah, I remember them doing a vid about that. I played the first Scribblenauts, and it was alright. The newer one is supposed to have a lot more stuff to do. Hope you enjoy it when you get to play it.
New Topic: hey did you know this? i read that the mega 64 crew is in super scribblenauts like you can write them into the game. I find that freakin hilarious. I'm renting it for just that reason alone haha.
i played it already, it was pretty fun, i love the minigames in warioware, i get a kick out of the randomness of it. I used to own Mega Party games for the gamecube but i don't have it anymore. The ones I own besides D.I.Y Showcase are Smooth Moves and Touched. D.I.Y Showcase is a WiiWare title and you can play pre-made minigames and you can also upload minigames you made YOURSELF onto the showcase game. Theres a DS title called Warioware D.I.Y where you make the minigames and you can upload them to the wiiware version. Showcase also has some amusing comics. The premade ones made me laugh. The other features on the DS one from what i read is you can make comics and music. Its like mario paint basically but theres more things to do on it.
Yeah, Twisted was a lot of fun, as was Smooth Moves. Haven't played D.I.Y. though. Hope you enjoy it.
umm... I spoke a little too soon when i wrote that, I didn't actually get the ending. I ended up watching it on youtube haha. I did Terra's story on Critical Mode, not Proud mode which states that the extra ending will be easier to unlock. I think i'm gonna send the game back, i don't feel like playing as the other characters for some reason. I recently bought an n64, i traded the ps2 for it and the game i got is donkey kong 64. I also got a Wii points card and downloaded: Warioware D.I.Y, Bonk 3: Bonk's Big Adventure, and Sim City. You played warioware haven't you? I remember reading somewhere that you played Twisted and liked it.
You already have access to the extra ending? I beat all three characters' stories, and STILL haven't unlocked the final chapter! I guess it really was worth going through the game on Proud mode.
yeah my last chapter update was a while back, i think that was chapter 9? i don't remember haha. EDIT: I finally beat Terra's story. I went back and leveled a bit in the whirlwind things at the keyblade graveyard and got the once more ability and i went into the final battle with the strike raids and freeze raid and brought two curagas. Time to see that extra ending.
