  1. Sounds good. I only have a PS2 but it should still work. I'll have to keep my eyes open for them
  2. They're PSOne games, some some are on PC. All of mine are PSOne discs, and I play them on my PS3.
  3. what do you play them on?
  4. I'm so sorry, I didn't see your last VM. x.x

They're pretty good. Spent many an hour of my childhood trying to beat them with my mum, so there's some fond memories there. I recommend all the ones pre-Angel of Darkness.
  5. Are the Tomb Raider games any good? I've only played one but it was before my amnesia hit and those memories are still fuzzy or missing all together.
  6. Ah, I thought she had a familiar look to her. Lol I just needed to look at Lara Croft the game, not the comic books. I love the Aerith's revenge too. Makes me laugh everytime I see it.
  7. Yeah. I don't like opera either. Classical music isn't bad, but I'm not too hot on it. I also listen to a load of game soundtracks.

Depends which picture we're talking about.
I got the Aeris' Revenge one off of Photobucket one day when I was looking for a small animation to use as an avatar. My avatar is Lara Croft from the new Tomb Raider game that'll be coming out.
  8. I listen to a little bit of everything but I'm not sure what my favorite type of music is called, genre wise. The only rap I listen to is Eminem and Will Smith. I tend to stay away from opera (unless its Aria De Mezzo from FF6). A friend got me hooked on Jrock here lately. lol I'm with you on the Lady Gaga train. My favorite band right now is Within Temptation. I love your pic. Where's it from?
  9. I'll have to be nosy and find out what that warning was for then. xD

Music? Hmm... I listen to most things. I can't stand rap (Eminem is an exception), hip-hop, RnB, garage, etc... I tend to be swayed more to rock and metal, a little blues, and if it's very good, pop. For instance, I like Lady Gaga to some extent. How about you?
  10. Lol the worst part of it was, I had no idea what I did wrong. I had to look it up under the FAQ, then I asked Rowan and another friend of mine. I think I've finally figured it out though so YAY lol. What kind of music do you listen to?
  11. It has been done to death, but it's cool in my opinion. I feel like a hypocrite when I say I hate fan-fiction, but I enjoy writing it a little myself. I worked on a piece set after the story events of Oblivion once, and I enjoyed that. I guess it's good if it's something you enjoy. ^^

I remember getting annoyed with my first warnings - I'd pester and bitch to Oceaneyes after every single one lol. But you'll come to realise that they do teach you a lesson (for most people anyway), and don't really mean a thing. You get a slapped bottom that stays red for a good few weeks. Nothing terrible.
  12. It does clear some of it up, thank you. FFVII is one of my favorites too. I know it's been done nearly to death but I've been writing a sequel that comes after Dirge of Cerberus. I just finished sequels to FF8 and FF9. Sometimes it's just for fun but I'm seriously considering taking them to SE and seeing what they think. lol it's something strange that I do I guess. I couldn't figure out the whole adopting thing at the beginning so I just went off to teach myself the basics and ask others when I run into trouble. When I got a warning I didn't understand, that's when Rowan directed me to you.
  13. Hey Mally. =D

I think FFXII felt like more of a Final Fantasy than FFXIII. There was a lot of freedom, and side quests, and stuff to do, whereas FFXIII was just linear. =/ Good game though. All of the Final Fantasy games are, but my favourite will have to be FFVII. Has been forever, and I will never be swayed. I've owned/played FFT: WoftL, FFI, FFII, FFIII, FFIV, FFV, FFVII, CC, DoC, FFVIII, FFIX, FFX, FFX-2, FFXII, RW, FFXIII, and I still plan on getting the further FFXIII games.

Well, the adoption thing is a good way to introduce new members to the site and people by giving them a role model (of sorts) to talk to. Usually what would happen is someone would join the site, not really engage with anyone, post a few times and then leave. We want people to join and stick around for a while. New members keep sites like this going. So yeah. Also, adopters (me, for example) are around to make sure adoptees (like yourself) fit in okay by helping you get to know the rules, maybe get you to know some of the people, etc... and in a way give you a friend/someone to talk to from the off.

I hope that clears some of it up. ^^
  14. Hi Gemma, I'm Mally I'm still learning the site so sometimes i reply in the strangest places lol. Um, a little about myself. I'm a writer, but not professionally yet, and I'm working on trying to get back into school. I live in Missouri and for a living, I make minions I've played FF 6, 7, 8, 9, X, X-2, and XII and I've liked them okay accept the last two, which didn't really seem like true Final Fantasies to me but there are things I like about them. What about you? I've just been winging it on the site so i don't really understand the whole adoption thing yet. Could you explain it to me?
  15. Ahaha, 'bout time I came out of my adoption hiatus...
He didn't say anything to me, nor can I find/see anything, but I'm sure you have the right person.

Anyway, I'm Gemma. You're welcome to call me that, or if you're uncomfortable with real names, Entity is absolutely cool too. I'm slow at replying to VMs. I'm always logged on here, but that doesn't mean I pay full attention to everything. Be patient with me. xD

Wanna tell me a little about yourself? Which Final Fantasy games do you like? ^^
