No problem, when ever you have time haha.
No problem, only like 44 short questions, think like half of em are just word preference, so it's not at all difficult for me to type up lol. Don't have much time tonight, but I can probably have that up tomorrow for ya.
Wow, if you would actually talke the time to do that, that would be highly appreciated and welcomed haha. Your not such an ass afterall! ^-^" JKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJK
Probably not all that low, but I can just pm you the questions and score it myself when I've got a minute to go get it and type out the questions lol.
I see. What would you say are the chances of me finding an accurate copy of that or an factual test with mimicked results online?
Just a fairly short series of questions, I believe 44 in total, all multiple choice, two answer.
LOL, yes, it does sound cooler, was going to learn it myself before I became infatuated with Japanese Culture. Myers Briggs Test? That is highly interesting haha, what does it comprise of?
Because Latin sounds cooler obviously. Most of the time the english equivalent is a few syllables less, or right about the same. Also, if you're interested I found a copy of the Myers Briggs test I took in my backpack last night when I was cleaning it out..
You took Critical Thinking? In college? Well, that explains 80% of it lol. Why do you think they use Latin? Is it a means to pressure ones intellect over the others? Or is the 3-7 syllables easier than stating the literal statement.
Kinda comes naturally to me. But what refined my arguments and gave me proper names for fallacies and such were some philosophy and critical thinking classes. You can find most of the porper names for fallacies around the internet. Most of them are Argumentum Ad something.
Oh, yes. Perhaps it is because I post allot? It says I average 3.30 a day. I don't know, well, what ever. How did you become a good debator? And where did you find out these latin or greek terms? Ad hominem, etc.
I've gotten a couple of warnings as well. Usually Meier or someone will post a verbal warning to 'anybody involved' or something along those lines. When that happens, I just drop out of the thread for a day or two until the conversation has been guided back on track by someone else.
You are right about being nice, and trying to prove a point, it can't coheed with each other... It just won't. How do you keep a sense of arrogance and not get warnings? I would like to try that, but it seems I get angry instead.
Well that's the thing, not all things need be oppositional. If somebody has a different outlook, let them have it. The only real time you need to direct opposition or hostility is if they force their opinions, or goes against your opinion with false evidence. If I were to say I seen a green bumble bee, and insisted to you I have seen a green bumble bee, there is grounds to disagree, but if I were to say, I seen a green bumble bee in general, you don't have to correct them. Confusing I know lol
I wouldn't say I force my views on anybody. I play hardball with arguments, but ultimately it's up to an individual to decide if my argument was compelling enough to adopt my position. I'm not so much devoid of emotion, as able to ignore them. I feel things just like anybody else, I just have the ability to push them aside and think before I feel. When I'm with friends, I've got a sense of humor, I'll be happy, whole nine yards. As soon as I'm in a situation in which emotions aren't benneficial or desirable, I stop acknowledging them. Usually being nice in counter produtive to making a point, since quite often people take offense simply from having somebody take up a contrary position in an argument. When convenient, I consider other people's feelings.
