Can't remember the last time I was so busy

It's been a little while since I wrote an entry, but I've been crazy busy lately. I threw myself out there to do a lot of the news for the forums/site, there are others helping out, but I'm definitely spending a chunk of my time on this. Hopefully, people are liking it and hopefully it brings in new members following the constant stream of news. I know so many old bits of information and stuff that I've had to put a bit of a line done not to go any further back than "X" or otherwise I'd been spamming things. And I've also been trying to slowly trickle in an article or two a day or it doesn't look like I'm spamming out news things as well. The goal is to have one article each day at least and maybe two.

There is so much out there that I have to filter through as well. I love seeing the articles that just post screenshots sometimes, but I don't know how everyone else feels about an article that has no real meat to it. It is video games and screenshots and videos are important to making buying decisions. So I've been trying to figure out where the line fits. I feel a little weird though just saying, a new video has been release from Tales of Xillia 2 showing combat moves for characters. Could end up analyzing and talking about the video. Let me know if you would like to see me put up articles when they do video or screenshot drops.

So reading and writing news for TFF is part of what is keeping me busy. During the week I'm working on my modeling for a project I've got going on. So when I'm not replying to posts or posting news, I'm on my PC making things until I go to sleep. I set my PS3 to Netflix, put on an anime I haven't seen yet and get to work. I've already finished all of Initial D and Cazador El Bruga thanks to multi-tasking. I'm working through Ah! My Goddess Season 1 right now.

My character is coming along. I'm going to dropping it into Z Brush soon to start learning the program and hopefully making something really cool. I've got the image in my head. So hopefully it turns out the way I want it. If not, I'm going to have to go back to the drawing board.

And then when I'm not doing either those things, I'm writing my story. Fridays are about my only free day and I don't know how long that will really last either. I try to give myself a little break, but that hasn't really been happen. I keep trying to get on to White Knight Chronicles 2 and I have a couple of times. Though I've missed Fluffy one time I think.

The new fall season of anime is starting this week. So I think I'll finally be cutting back on what I'm watching there. That should help out, but there are other things that will keep me distracted. It is about the only free time I get and I end up doing that while I'm eating breakfast or dinner. So I'm still multi-tasking. When am I not? ><

    I'd definitely be up for some more visual content. An analyzation would be nifty but not necessary - just some brief commentary to go with it could work.

    I do see what you're saying about the potential of oversaturation though, so you should pace yourself!

    My other concern is about uploading a lot of stuff to the TFF server. I don't know how many places I can just reference the image link and the reliance on that. I want to work to suit the interests of the members, so feedback is good to hear. Including screenshots and stuff definitely will end up adding more articles. Can easily make it too much though.

    Perhaps you could try posting a little less frequently, and with more content for each post? I understand that may defeat the concept of "up-to-date" but a day or two out in order to have a longer, more thorough posting with additional imagery certainly would not be a bad thing.

    Since you appear to be spanning multiple different games right now, grouping the content for each individual game might be nicer.

    Maybe instead of doing a new news item every time new screenshots are released, save a few choice ones up and do a kind of mini-gallery and just show off say, a dozen and maybe link to a video or two, and pick one game to do that for every week. That way you're not overburdening yourself so much.

    I actually have been grouping content of games together, because I'm trying to get caught up in a sense on the games. So when something new gets announced about the game I'll go over older details to fill out the post. It provides more details on the game as well. And I've been holding off on some bits of news because they are just too small I don't feel I should report like a single sentence of information. So I have been trying to keep the posts longer. Though delaying is not likely going to work out, if I waited for enough information on one game I maybe delaying news for that game weeks or even a month, at which point I may even forget about it.

    But I do think I'll try to do a gallery of sorts for games. There are several games out with a lot of screenshots and videos. So I'll experiment with them to see how they turn out. Hopefully, I can get more feedback and narrow down what works for people.
