Bloggity blog. So, this is my first blog, I figure I shall kick it off with various musings and thoughts I've had today. Firstly, I REALLY wanna do acid and watch Phantasia with an old friend of mine. Seems like some potential epic win (or fail) could be achieved. So, I've been a bit less active lately because my built in dial up modem thingy seems to be dying. What this means for me is, I can only connect at half speed (around 24~ kb/s) with the stability of Whitney Houston with an 8 ball. (I went there) Basically, any time I let my connection go idle for about...5 seconds, it disconnects, making doing anything online frustratingly painful. The inability to download ANYTHING or use various instant messager's and IRC nigh impossible. This happened once before (albeit without the constant disconnecting) in the Spring with my phone company and ISP pointing fingers at each other, neither offering a solution. After a month or so, it magicked itself fixed.

Other than that various misfortune, I have a small chance of getting a pretty decent job, but it means living with my cousins and such (Aunt, cousin that's my age, cousin with a baby and their two younger siblings in a 3 bedroom house) meaning I will more or less sacrifice my privacy. But...moneymoneymoney. As for my sobriety...I've more or less proven the concept is a myth. I recently completed Final Fantasy III, leaving just the games I really have no shred of interest in beating. I'm currently replaying a certain RPG about Monster Girls that fight you with their...naughty bits. I currently have various Dragon Quest's, Tales of Phantasia, Final Fantasy Tactics, Mother and Yume Nikki on the horizon. I really need to find a challenging but fun RPG to play...I'm tired of easy as pie and "omg, what were the programmers thinking, did they even TRY playing this?" Hmm...I just remembered I never got around to beating the super bosses of Super Mario RPG and FF IX. Golden Sun II as well.

I've been giving my future some thought lately, as my large interest in the arts and cultures of America and Europe grow, I'm really considering what I can possibly go to school for allowing me to engage in consuming such knowledge. Linguistics and Anthropology, with interest in adding another language to my resume` as well. Oddly enough, my contempt for philosophy and psychology continue to grow...damn you necessary (and incredibly flawed) evils!
