The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

It was a normal day here today. I started a new playthrough of Grand Theft Auto IV, because I want to try and get the trophies I didn't get the first time. I printed out a map of the pigeon locations. Why does there have to be so many of them? I could have just played on my brother's file, because it's connected to my PSN account, but I couldn't do that. Even though he hasn't played it in nearly one year, I couldn't play on his. It just doesn't seem right. Which brings up a nice point. I have had my PS3 for a year. Yay!

Speaking of my brother, he came home this evening and asked Mom if he could have his girlfriend over tonight. Mom then asked him if she was already here, knowing what the answer was. So he brought her in, even though it is against both Mom's and the girlfriend's parole rules. The longer the girlfriend was here, the greener Mom became. She was physically getting sick over the worry that their parole officers would find out. Mom already told them last time the girlfriend was here overnight that she won't go to prison because my brother wanted to have the girlfriend here. In the end, Mom was feeling more and more sick, and went to bed. If she slept, then she wouldn't have to think about it, and 8am would arrive faster. I guess my brother took the hint, because he, the girlfriend, and the girlfriend's kid are no longer here. Yay!

I watched Frozen today. It was okay. It wasn't anything special. Certainly not worth the hype the Internet has given it. Yay!

I got some lessons on playing Hearthstone better. A Rank 12 friend of mine (who has been as high as Rank 5 before the resets) played against me and helped me out a lot with building better decks. I am entered into this Sunday's tournament, so I want to have a better shot at winning. Yay!

I haven't heard anything about my two backorders. I did read on the Square Enix support page that backorders are normally shipped about seven days after they are placed on backorder. That doesn't really tell me anything, because Thief hasn't arrived yet, and it's been two weeks. Yay!
