The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

This third round match is proving to be the toughest ever. Havoc273 and I are constantly going back and forth on who is winning. He will have it for a few hours, and then I will, then he, I, it won't stop. Technically, at the moment, I have a 16-point lead. But that's only because he hasn't updated his profile on the site. Through the power of math, I learned that he has another 15 points on his profile, just waiting for the automatic update. Then, my lead will only be 1 point. I could update his profile myself through the main page, but I think I will just enjoy this lead while I have it.

The current score is 50-34, or 50-49 when everything is updated. It could be different, because I don't have the PS3 on at the moment. I am almost afraid to, because I don't want to see anymore trophies earned by him. It doesn't help that we're playing the same game at the moment. I continued working on my save file of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, and then when I saw he was online, I noticed he was playing the same game. It will be a race to see who can get the Platinum first. I am just running through the story without taking the time to find the clue bottles or treasures. I need the quick story trophies at the moment, and the extras can wait until later. I am also playing Jak 3 as a support. Or maybe it is the main. Most missions have a trophy linked to it, and of the 16 remaining trophies to earn, 13 of them are story-related. The other two, and what will keep me from earning the Platinum trophy, are earned through Precursor Orb collection. The 16th is, of course, the Platinum.

Anyway, today will probably be my best chance to clinch the win. The match doesn't end until tomorrow evening, but I will most likely not play anything tomorrow after my route. I usually fall asleep when I get back from work. I guess it will all depend on what the score is and what time I get back. So I will just have to try my best to get as many points as possible today. I predict not being able to fall asleep this evening, so I should have plenty of time to play.

Moving on...

I mowed half of the yard today. It took two hours to mow that half, and by then it was getting dark and the grass was becoming wet. I will mow the rest this evening. Other than that, everything is the same as always. I spent the day telling Joey to stop rough-housing with Jackson on my bed (because my bed is the only place that he wants to play with his dog for some stupid reason); and teaching him basic manners and courtesy, like to not just barge in someone's room, saying please before telling someone what to do, and not TELLING someone what to do. The most annoying thing right now is constantly being told that I am wrong about thing where I am right. Apparently, I am horrible at math because suddenly 500 plus 500 is no longer 1,000, among others. I asked what the answer was, and I got the ever-so popular "I am not telling you, figure it out for yourself." It's like Joey has been taught that whatever he says is always right or something. I'm sick and tired of always being told I'm stupid for not knowing dumb math or dumb spelling or dumb whatever.

Tomorrow I have to pay the fee for the storage unit. That's always fun. I so enjoy playing phone tag. Believe me, if I could, I would go all the way to their office and pay it in person. But I am not making a special trip just to give them $43. Not when I can just call them and have them take it from credit card each month.

Well, that's about it for now. I am off to try and raise my score. And so, I guess I will see you around the forums, and until then...
