The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

I've done it again.

Today I bought Metal Gear Solid 4 and Jak 2 today from eBay. My brother likes the Metal Gear series as well, so it isn't just for me. And I bought Jak 2 so I could finally have The Precursor Legacy, 2, and 3. I have never finished Jak 3 before, but I know the general idea of Jak 2 from the flashbacks of it in Jak 3.

I still haven't received Fallout 3 yet. It isn't estimated to be here until after the 18th of March. Which I think is really stupid. There must be a really important situation going on for the seller to give such an advanced arrival date.

I also ordered a part for Dad's motorcycle on eBay today as well. My brother is paying for it, so I don't mind. But believe me, I would not be buying it if I was having to pay for it.

I played Oblivion for several hours today. I have only just left the Imperial City though. I spent a lot of time in the Arena, building my bank up so I could buy that house on the Waterfront. I also advanced the story a bit in Grand Theft Auto IV. I started my own file of the main game, and oh my gosh! I was so not expecting to see Vlad die in that way! I was thinking that I'd have to do a shootout or something, but whoa. What happened was so much better! And then when Roman was...amazing story!

And just before handing the controller to my brother (who by the way, says Hello to the Internet people I converse with), I played Final Fantasy XIII. Right now, Lightning and Hope are in Carbuncle's area in Palumpolom.

Now, I am writing this entry and acting as my brother's navigator while he plays GTA4. I am farther in the story than he is, so I know the missions he has yet to do. I just don't understand why he insists on stealing cars when he could easily hail a taxi. Or better yet, have a car sent for him by calling Roman.

In case you are wondering, I am the type of GTA player that obeys traffic laws whenever possible. And I will take every opportunity to not have to drive. I will drive on missions; but if I need to go somewhere, I will either walk or take a taxi.

Well, tomorrow is the second day in my gaming weekend. I have nothing else planned. I should post another video on YouTube. I have a couple ready, I just have been occupied with the PS3 to actually upload them.

That's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums or on PSN. And until then...

Later!

Michael
