The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

Due to more Emergency Conditions outside UPS' control, I still haven't gotten my new bike. And that made me sad today, because I was really looking forward to using it tomorrow for my route. I hope it comes tomorrow. It should come tomorrow. There is something wrong with the world if I can deliver newspapers in cold and icy weather, but a big delivery van can't deliver something that was supposed to be here on Tuesday. Not really, because I am used to it, but the UPS vehicle has trouble on my driveway even on the best days.

So to take my mind off my bicycle's predicament, I decided to play Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned. It was one of games Joey and I played yesterday while he was here. Oh yeah, I forgot. My Internet was acting up and so I didn't tell you about yesterday. Joey came over for a bit. We played video games, and Mom made dinner. Joey ate some pizza and potato wedges before he went home. Anyway, I had the game installed, so I figured I would work on the save file we created. Joey doesn't really like the mission of the game. He just likes driving around in the cars.

I finally got the NEWSday entry posted early this morning. I just have to find some time to edit it some and make it look nice. The Internet was still acting up when I posted it, so I was rushing to get it done before it went out again.

Well, tomorrow I am delivering papers using the substitute bike. There are inserts, but it is only an eight-page paper. It will be about 20° degrees Fahrenheit when I am outside, so I will be bundling up. I hope I get done quickly. I want to get home before my bike arrives. I want to be the one who takes it out of the box. My brother took that honor last time. And when it gets assembled, I want to be the first one to ride it. That's another honor my brother stole from me last time.
