The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

Pennies at a time...

Yesterday evening, I had to watch Joey while Stacy was still at the hospital. But then Larry called and asked me to come down to help him. I told him of my predicament, and I was told that Joey could come with me. Then his wife, Tonya, called Stacy, and everything was set for me to help him with his work. It was relatively easy work yesterday. We worked in the metal room, bending and cutting metal to form boxes. I don't know what the boxes will be used for; but I am not paid to know what their use is, just to make them. I put nearly two hours in, so I am building up for that new console.

I managed to get back to the house at 8:30pm. I watched the second half of The Big Bang Theory, and the newest episode of Scorpion. I still need to catch up with last week's episodes. I went to bed early. A thunderstorm came through, and was affecting the satellite signal. The storm brought the scared puppy Jackson to my lap. While he was resting, Brutus came over to me to get some attention. I guess I wasn't giving him enough, because he then raised up his right front paw, and smacked Jackson square on his nose. The storm continued, but Jackson chose to spend the night by himself in the living room.

At around 4:30, I woke up. I figure it was because the storm started up again. I tossed and turned trying to get back to sleep. If it hadn't been so loud, I probably would have been more successful. In the end, it was Brutus and his purring that allowed me to get to sleep again.

And that's about it. I have been watching old episodes of NCIS on television. Other than that, I've just been doing some transcription work on mturk. Doing whatever I can to get that new console as soon as I can. I don't want to leave the competition. I want to avoid making an announcement on whether I will leave or not. I like competing. Oh well, only time will tell if I can get a new console in time for the next season. So, I guess I will see you around the forums, and until then...

Later!

Michael
