Just 5 steps away...

The ride to Sinking Spring was nice. I managed to complete the 10-mile ride in forty minutes. My brother the picked me up at home and took me to Peebles so I could mow. We went to where Mom was at, because she was going to watch Macie for the day. After talking with Mom for a bit, we walked to the office, where we parted ways. She and Macie continued on to the grocery store. That's when I began mowing. One hour and fifteen minutes later, I put the mower back in the shed, and headed back to where Mom was.
After cleaning myself up and resting, I left Mom to go to the bank to deposit my checks. I took some of that money and went to Ace Hardware. That's where I spent $15 for a bicycle tire. Then I went to Family Dollar and bought a bag of candy, some bathroom stuff, and my new phone. I bought the cheapest phone. Well, if it hadn't been on sale, it wouldn't have been the cheapest. And because of the money I saved, I also bought minutes for it. I was planning on doing that with my credit card when I got home, but I didn't have to now.
As I was going from the parking lot of the store to the road, the weld broke on the pedal. I put too much pressure on it. So, I walked back to where Mom was. Then she, Macie, and I walked to the storage unit to get the mountain bike out. We put WD-40 on the chain and gears, and I able to pedal home. The black bike is now a parts bike. Since my brother can't fix the pedal, I will instead take parts off of it as I need them.
When I got back to the house, I activated my phone. It's really nice. It's not one of those smartphones, but it can do what I need it to do. I think the best part is that it can record videos. It is a LG440G. Nothing fancy, but I am sure I will get plenty of use out of it. I mean, my last phone lived for seven years. And considering the average lifespan of a cell phone is 18 months, I got my money's worth out of that phone which cost me $40 in 2007.
Anyway, I took a nap after that. And when I woke up, I fed the animals, and proceeded to changing my tire. I have never put on a new tire before. It was difficult because I had to form the tire to fit the rim, and the tire didn't want to stay on it. But in the end, I got it together. And it seems to be fine, because I took a test ride after fixing it.
I am only five weapons away from earning the Weapon Maniac trophy. I have developed a system. I will a certain side quests that gives me more than eleven thousand gold three times. Then that unlocks a Pay Day sidequest in Cathedral City. In that Pay Day, I usually earn more than 100,000 gold. It will take another 30 or so cycles through that in order to get the gold needed to upgrade the last five weapons. All 5 of them are swords. So, in other words, I am so close to getting the platinum trophy and joining 331 others on PSNProfiles to have completed the game at 100% (since the Platinum trophy is only associated with the main game, the main game is only about 56% of the trophies earned).
Well, the plan today is finish Drakengard 3. And then I also need to pull up more staples and nails in the floor. That is, if I can get away from Joey long enough to be bothered by him today. My plan was to do that last night, but he wanted to stay with me instead of going to Stacy's. I also need to check through my things for Mom's birth certificate. She says she gave it to me to hold on to, but I don't recall her doing that. I think she took her important papers with her when she left the old house. And that's about it, I think. So, I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
