The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

I noticed in this week's paper that they still hadn't found someone to take the place of the person who took my place. So, I sent a text message asking if I can come in next week because I "have some questions". Until then, I will be getting a few things together to hopefully get my job back. I also wasn't lying when I said I had questions. I am also going to ask about getting a raise for the work I already do each week.

And until Tuesday, I am stuck with $20 in my wallet. I was finished with work at 7am (I left the house at 3:15am this morning), and I wasn't going to wait three hours with nothing to do just so I could cash a check.

So, here's my plan. I will make some mock ads here, and show them my creativity and skill, and that the potential the owner saw in me before hasn't gone away. And it will also give me a distraction from the part of Xenosaga Episode I that I still have trouble getting through.

When I play Xenosaga, I also have MageKnight404's LP of the game playing at the same time. I want to get through the Cherenkov battle before the LP catches up to where I'm at in the game. And with this month's osu!mania and Taiko competitions already heating up (I am still in the Top 40 for osu!mania, but not Taiko), I also want to work hard on that to remain on the leader boards.

My copy of Grand Theft Auto V is currently in Urbancrest, Ohio. I am surprised it is already so close, considering it isn't set to arrive until next Wednesday. That's what walmart.com put as the delivery date. Then UPS put that it should arrive next Tuesday. And now, it is only 80.2 miles away; so it may arrive tomorrow. It does strike me as odd that it is being sent by UPS and not FedEx. After all, Wal-Mart sent both my bicycle and the blue hair dye via FedEx. Oh well, as long as it arrives, I am happy.
