The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

Here's something I've been wondering for a couple weeks. Why is it that in this day and age when so much data can be crammed into such a little space, that I have to wait FOREVER for a PS4 game to finish downloading and installing the STUPID UPDATE FILES!? And why do the PS4 games require so much space on the hard drive? Anymore, it's like I receive a nearly blank disc, save for a tiny bit of data that makes me have to install things to the hard drive.

Ooh, a new game! Let me just check and see how much space I have taken for it. 50GB!?! But...why? I bought the physical copy!

And with my Internet speed being slower than the postal service, I am stuck waiting and waiting for the games to complete their updates. I have played more PS3 and PS Vita games since receiving the PS4 than playing the actual PS4 games.

Oh yeah, I haven't been updating lately, so I guess I should tell you. I bought a PlayStation 4! I was doing my best to wait until Black Friday to get one. But then I did the research on the hard drive sizes, and then I thought that spending $429 for 1TB was a better deal than $399 for 500GB. Especially after being told by a friend how much space on game takes up on average on the hard drive. And owning PS4 games before owning the console didn't really help my temptation to own the console either. I had Fallout 4 and Final Fantasy Type-0 before having a way to actually play them. So, I think you can imagine the torment I was putting myself through.

Anyway, I have already established a small collection of games for the new system. Here, I'll tell you:

So, is there anything I should consider getting? I am planning on getting the newest Metal Gear Solid game, because it is a Metal Gear Solid game; but other than that, I am just waiting for new Square Enix titles.

I have gone a bit overboard when it comes to game purchases these last two months. I have been earning more money lately, and it mainly goes into more games. New PS3 games, new PS Vita games, and of course, PS4 games. I've been working hard lately, and just feel I deserve a few new things to reward myself for my hard work. Now, if I can just find time to actually play them...

That's not exactly true. I have cut out some time to play more. Like cutting out watching television shows. Not working on my computer to earn extra money. Reducing homework time to basic instruction and assignments. I've even allowed my room to get messy. Oh well. I will get bored with it eventually, and I'll have things more normal again.

Well, that's about it for right now. I should probably get some sleep. Since today is Sunday, I want to spend the day playing video games. If the updates will finally finish! Rrr!!
