The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

When I have naturally multi-colored facial hair.

I shaved off my facial hair today. I didn't actually want to, but it was getting weird-looking. And when I say weird-looking, I mean it was two different colors. You should know beforehand that my natural hair color is dark brown. Well...



Let's say the brown is my mouth area (fitting because I am tan). The black represents the hair that is the same color as what's on my head. And the white represents the white and gray hair that should not be there for at least 100 years (one can dream).

So rather than look like someone who missed his mouth while trying to chug peroxide, I got rid of all of it. Now I'm back to the smooth face I am used to. And it also makes people more likely to say things like "If you don't finish delivering soon, you'll be late for school!" I'm nearly twenty-seven! The only thing looking younger than I actually am is good for is when I am with my brother and people remark that he is the older brother.

And can I just say that it doesn't seem fair at all that he can grow a full beard that is only one color? And in a shorter time than it takes me to grow something noticeable.

Anyway...

Today I spent a big chunk of the day gaining the trophies for 358/2 Days. It was easy. I wasn't even in the room the entire time. But at least that's done. Now I have six more trophies than I had yesterday.

I tried once again to finish Xenosaga Episode I, and I failed. Again. It is really aggravating, almost to the point where I wish I never bought the second PS2 so I could play the game. And after that, gaming wasn't fun.

In new news, I am thinking of making one of the AMV things. I have seen a few, and they look like something I could do. It would help my YouTube channel branch out as well. Not to mention the same site that is sponsoring the talent competition I am in is also starting a Halloween-themed AMV contest. I had been meaning to make one before this was announced, this just gives me a push to actually make it.

Other than that, I just had a nice and quiet Sunday. The kittens are getting fluffier in preparation for the colder weather. And since the grass was all frosty this morning, they will need it. Well, I guess that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
