The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

My Uncle has decided to go ahead and put the house up for sale. And of course we were told second-hand from someone else. I don't see why he can't just come here and tell us himself. So I have been looking for a new house to buy. If I can't buy the one I am living in because my Uncle wants to stop getting my money each month, then I should just buy a different one.

And I think I have found it. It needs work, but the monthly mortgage payments are cheap enough to handle, even at the low amount I earn. I told my brother about it, because despite being able to pay the mortgage myself, he would also have to help out with utility bills. And his response was just a bunch of I Don't Knows and shoulder shrugs.

Today his girlfriend told my sister a bunch of stuff without thinking that it will reach Mom. So now my brother is acting mad at Mom for calling him out on it. He's showing the same attitude he did way back when he was being with Maranda (aka Hoochie Ho-Bag). He's even threatened that he will become angry enough and move out, just like last time. He also blamed his marriage with Ho-Bag on my sister. I'm sorry, but my sister had nothing to do with him being called a child molester on National television. That was all him.

So things are up in the air right now. I have filled out the mortgage loan application, but I haven't submitted it. I am going to wait until I have more input from my brother. Regardless of how he feels about the drama going on at the moment, I need him to help me pull this off. The more money I have available and visible, the more likely it will be that the loan is approved. I must say, this stuff is confusing even for me.

Mom and I walked two miles today. It was a really nice day today, so we started up our walking. Also, there was a big fire somewhere nearby today. The person who "started" it was someone I know. It's Floozy's daughter. And the reason I put quotation marks around the word started is because she said a bolt of lightning started it. Now, I am not a certified meteorologist, but I am fairly certain that the chance of lightning coming down and starting a fire on a cloudless and sunny day is very close to 0%. Especially when the next chance for rain is several days away. Rumors (because I don't care enough to try and find out the truth) are already coming through. Their drug stash and/or meth lab caught on fire, they were burning trash, and let it get out of hand, etc. Whatever happened, they called out firefighters from five stations; some as far as 30 miles away in order to help stop the fire.

Lightning Returns and Final Fantasy X/X-2 are currently in Indiana. Their exact location is only 191 miles away. I expect them to arrive in Columbus either tomorrow evening or Monday morning. Then it should be here in my hands on Tuesday. As for Thief, I finally received a reply. Here's what was said:

We are still actively working to resolve your case. Unfortunately we
have not to date reach a resolution. Your case has been escalated and is
being treated with a high priority.

We will continue to keep you updated until a resolution has been
achieved.

It's nice that they're trying to solve the problem, or saying that they're trying. I don't know. Anyway, that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
