I worked so hard today on getting everything ready for tomorrow. I swept and mopped the kitchen, washed the dishes, ran the vacuum, and a whole bunch of other things so Mom would think that I live in a clean house. Not that it will do any good, since she will end up cleaning it to her satisfaction when she gets the greetings out of the way. Mom is like that. Anyway, the point is that I did all of this stuff; and my brother couldn't find the time in his busy life to help out.

No, he had to go and get a stove for someone, and pick up a grill that he had given to him. My only break today was when Joey's Grandmother called and asked if Joey could come over here and play video games. We started out by playing Grand Theft Auto III, so he could drive the firetrucks and put out fires. Then we tried Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock and Dance Dance Revolution EXTREME, both of which resulted in me receiving minor injuries (plastic guitar to the head, and a flailing arm to the private area). Finally, we ended the play-date with some Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012).

When his grandmother came to pick him up, I was asked to connect Joey's game system when she brings it up in her next shipment of stuff from Cincinnati. I accepted, but it will feel weird being in Pop's house without him being there. I still don't feel completely comfortable being at Grandma's knowing that Grandpa died there, and that was nearly twelve years ago; so how am I supposed to be comfortable with Pop's freshly dead spirit lingering in his house?

Today was another day of running outside with the phone because someone called my brother. It was especially fun because the tire tracks are now ice, and I am already clumsy enough as it is on solid ground.

And now my sister is here. She first said that she was moving back in, but now she says she'll only be here until Tuesday. So, I don't know what is going on.

Anyway, I guess everything is ready for Mom to come home tomorrow. My brother and sister are supposed to leave here at 5:30 in the morning. Then they should arrive at the prison at 7am, and be home at about 9-10am. It all just depends on where they go after they leave the prison. I can't wait. That's why I am writing this now. I want to go to sleep now, so I don't have to wait. It's like Christmas or something.

Well, that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...

Later!

Michael
