My Bike got all wet!

It rained a lot today. But only when I was on my way home. Which is good, I guess. After all, it could have rained only while I was delivering. But my bike got wet, and I got wet. But only the top part of me got wet. Thanks to my fancy-pants handy dandy fenders, water was not soaking the bottom part of person. It was quite an enjoyable rainy experience. Normally, my socks become squishy in my shoes, and it makes for a grumpy day. I didn't have that today.
There is some news on the hope for more time in the office. Next week I will be building the paper by myself. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I will be "evaluated" on whether or not my ability has improved since the incident two months ago. If you want to read about, you'll have to search around in my April 2013 entries. I know I had a fun time reading everything I typed up from the past.
Anyway, if things go well, and there's a 95% chance that they will; I will finally be given more office time...possibly. Iris conveniently neglected to mention whether or not it will happen. If they don't go well, that evil 5%; then I will no longer be working in the office. But I have it in me to make sure I stay on in the office.
But at least something is finally being done about it. It's just too bad that I nearly had to beg for it to happen.
In other news...
The house I live in is not being sold after all. Grandma told me today. I guess my Uncle felt bad about how him refusing my money made me feel, and the way I just told Grandma to throw away the check touched something in him. Anyway, things are back on track to eventually getting the money to buy this house and show Dad that he picked the wrong son to mess with.
But then...
I left my keys at Grandma's and had no way of getting into the house and out of the rain! I was mad at myself because I rode all the way from Grandma's and didn't realize that I left them there. And I couldn't go back and get them because she had an eye appointment today. So I did the thing I have only had to do one other time (which is also something I have written about in my journal a long LONG time ago), and that was to break into my own house. My alternative was to go and stay with Luca in her dog house. All of the vehicles are locked, there are no covered areas here that I could use as shelter other than her house.
After I brought my stuff in, I crawled into bed to warm up. I was cold from the rain. My brother brought my keys when he came home. So all is well again.
In Gaming King, I am still in 8th Place. I'm still losing to the Minecraft people, but I know in my heart that one day Minecraft will be no more and that keeps me happy.
Another thing that keeps me happy is chocolate milk. And my pets. U's leg is feeling better. Or at least that's what I think judging from how fast he runs and he isn't limping as bad now. It's more like he's walking with a limp on purpose now. Like those stereotypical gang members who think they're all that with their chains and whatever else they have. I haven't seen any other than on TV back when I would watch TV, so I don't know if they still do that.
Moving on...
Tomorrow I am delivering in Sinking Spring. And then I still have to finish my entry in the graphics contest. I haven't done anything with it since I showed you all what I had done so far. Other than that, I have no plans. Which is usual for me. I like usual. Usual is nice. Comforting. Safe.
Well, that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
Michael
