Working on my day off...

I received a phone call from Iris today. She asked me to check the office E-mail to see about this week's Santa letters. I have some work to do before I leave in the morning because of it. I have to make a copy of all the Santa letters we received and send it to my E-mail address. The office computer doesn't have the program that the teachers have been using to send the letters, and my computer does.
But, instead of actually doing that, I have been continuing my The Big Bang Theory marathon. I am nearly finished with the third season, and I have yet to start converting.
I think Dad is getting frustrated that he's been doing the household chores lately. Since I have been sick, he's been the one to do it. After all, there really is no point in me washing dishes if the chances are that I will cough or sneeze all over them. And I couldn't bring in firewood because it was raining today, and that could make me sick again.
Of course, I am capable of doing these things. It's just that when he was "sick", he wasn't able to do anything. I am just allowing him to return the kindness. Although, he just thinks I am lazy S.O.B. for it; but I don't think I could care less about that anymore.
Anyway, my mini-vacation from everything is nearly over. I go to work in the morning and make a paper. The owner is supposed to be bringing or already brought the stuff for a full page ad for this week's issue. That may take up most of my day, depending on how much has to be done for it.
I finalized the paper's Facebook page today. I got my scanner connected and got a picture of our paper's logo. It is now our cover photo. I also sent a message to all my Facebook friends to get some activity to the page. The last time I checked, reception was good. There have already been a few likes, and some from non-employees. That's a plus. Feel free to check it out if you want. Either search my name or that of the paper (The Adams County Messenger). I am not sure of the link to be able to put it in the entry.
Well, I have some work to do before I go to sleep, so that will be all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until next we meet...
Later!
Michael
