Saving it Up...

I have been quite the busy bee this week, and the busy-ness will continue tomorrow. Here's a breakdown of my week, and earnings of each task (if I remember the amount):
Saturday, April 11, 2015: Work with Larry
Sunday, April 12, 2015: Mowing at Messenger
Monday, April 13, 2015: Tutoring with Iris - $10
Tuesday, April 14, 2015: Work with Larry
Wednesday, April 15, 2015: Tutoring with Iris - $20, Work with Larry - $75 (paid for Tuesday/Wednesday)
Thursday, April 16, 2015: Delivery Route - $88 (Route + Mowing + Reimbursement)
Friday, April 17, 2015: Work with Larry - $52
I had enough money by Thursday to catch up on the Money-Saving Challenge some, and I used it to open a savings account at the bank. The interest on it isn't what I was expecting, but at least I am letting my money earn me more money. That's the dream, isn't it?
Anyway, my work with Larry today was enough to allow me to make another deposit into the savings account. In relation to the Money-Saving Challenge, I am at April 15, 2015 with the deposit I will make tomorrow. You know, having money feels nice. Being able to not worry about which bills I pay is awesome! And being able to save up for Florida is awesome as well. To be honest, I was planning on only being able to save up $450. In the time before we leave, I would only earn $980 from the delivery route. Half of that would go to my credit card payments, and some would be saved. The rest would go for things I need.
But things are going well financially. I started mowing at the office, and that brings my check up to $85 per week. And I'm tutoring Iris, and working with Larry. So maybe I will be able to have a lot more saved up, as well as may more on my credit card. Being able to do that will be amazing, because then I won't have to worry about it anymore.
Moving on...
All this work I'm doing though, has really cut into my gaming time. I haven't really sat and played anything in a few days. And when I do get time to myself, I spend it sleeping. My Vita is used as an alarm clock (Wake-Up Club), and I talk to my friends on it. Well, friend, on it. Just one. I am thinking of cleaning up my PSN friends list. Maybe only keeping the people that I actually talk to. I have a lot that I don't talk to, because I don't play the game I met them at anymore. I will have to find the time to do that.
I haven't heard back from the jobs I applied for last week. The sign was still up at the gas station, but they took down the sign at the diner. Oh well. I don't like washing dishes anyway.
Some sad news now. My Uncle, Donnie, passed away this morning. I don't know all of the details, but I do know that whatever was wrong with him made him brain dead yesterday. My Aunt pulled the plug yesterday evening, and he died at 11:18 this morning. So now, my Mom's family is getting smaller. It's too bad, because he was actually one person I liked in my family. Certainly the only Uncle I liked.
Well, that's about it for now. I'm going to go to bed now. I will put in some time on the Vita with Deadman's Cross until I get too tired to keep my eyes open. I have a busy day tomorrow, so I will need to get some sleep. So, I guess I will see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
