The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

Not playing in the snow.

Grandma came over today. She brought some nasty organic candy for me. The common theme when giving me sweets is that it will sweeten my disposition, because I apparently act like I constantly eat lemons. Anyway, this candy is so gross. It's some kind of berry-flavored fruit snack. It's brownish-purple, and looks like it used to be a part of some long licorice. And it tastes really bad.

She also brought some good tasting treats. Like chocolate-flavored peanut butter (which tastes so much better than the coffee-flavored peanut butter), and some really off-brand snack cakes.

But she was so much in a hurry that I didn't get a chance to ask her about my backpack. She was having family come over that she hadn't seen in a long time, and wanted to get some last-minute cleaning done before they showed up. And then this evening she had a meeting with her church group.

It snowed today. My brother didn't seem happy about it. Probably because he doesn't have anything to play in it. Normally he would have his lawnmower with the snowblade on it ready for pushing snow. Or a RC truck spinning around on the snow. But right now, he doesn't have the capability for either.

The cats don't seem to like the cat house my brother made. The kittens and Itsy Bitsy are back to sleeping in the flowers. Now, while I could fully blame the new house, it could also be that there's a vent down there that they sleep near because of the heat. I'm not about to check if there is a vent there or not though. My brother doesn't seem bothered by it.

The days are counting down before the Osu! tournament I entered starts. There are now five people in my category. The expert level tournament has more than 90 players now. I have been practicing some more. Consistency is still my weak point.

Well, that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...

Later!

Michael
