To you, it's a dog and a way to hurt me, but to me, she's my family.

If leaving my home because of Dad's plans and schemes wasn't bad enough, his newest scheme hits a new low. He came over to Carma's today. Dad then said that if I step on "his" property, he's going to have me arrested. That's fine with me. What isn't fine is that I can't get my dog. He's the one that said she is fine there because it makes people think that someone is there while we were weren't. I don't even care about the food in the garage, because I can get more. But now I can't even get my dog and her house.
I went to sleep angry, but woke up just sad about the whole thing. Luca has been with me when no one else was. She and I have been through a lot since that day my brother brought her home. The birth of her puppies, the death of Bo, my other dog. The storms, the heat, the snow. She's the reason I was so stuck on finding somewhere with a yard when we were kicked out of the house.
Mom is going to talk to a former police officer (he's now a fire fighter) and see what can be done. After all, Luca is registered in my name. Surely this can be considered stealing my dog or something. There has to be a way to get her back without going to the police, but if not, I am fully prepared to put Dad and his "family" down. They need to be knocked down a few pegs. Heck, all the pegs. They don't deserve to even be near the pegs.
You may be asking, Michael, what about your cats? Well, as it just so happens, I managed to get them all here to Carma's yesterday morning. It was difficult, but I carried U, Omega, and Itsy Bitsy in my arms and rode my bike here. I am almost positive that they all have gone back home. I haven't seen them since. When I went to feed them yesterday evening, they were nowhere to be seen. I told myself that if they didn't want to stay, then I can't force them. They aren't indoor cats. They are used to be outside, where the world is their litterbox. If it happens that they choose to stay where they want, who am I to say they can't? I mean, I love them and all, but they do know how to fend for themselves. There's not much I can do about it now anyway.
Moving on...
My new laptop came today. It is nice. The Internet signal was weak up until right before I started this entry (at 4am), so I wasn't able to install Google Chrome until then. It's not to have a fast computer again. I have installed my designing programs and virus protection (I have a free year of System Shield), and some of the games I have on my desktop. I went and cleaned up the old laptop, and told my sister that it's hers and she can pick it up at any time. She asked me to take it to the office with me on Thursday, and she'll pick it up there. That's fine with me. The weather for Thursday is supposed to be nice (I hope it will be!).
Well, I think I will try and get a couple more hours of sleep. Brutus is sleeping on my bed right now. That cat must have sensed something was wrong with me, because he climbed up on my chest and snuggled up to me. Which means Mr. Jealous (aka Jackson the dog) wasn't able to. Brutus loves to bully that dog, and Jackson is afraid of that cat. It's silly. Anyway, that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
