Itchy

It rained all day today. And it was so hot in the house, that my brother opened one of the windows in the kitchen. I wish I could have opened my windows, but then it would've rained in the house. It was so hot that I became all itchy. I'm still itchy now. My left leg and right arm were the worst.
I am going to try and go to Peebles tomorrow to get my keys at the office. I may ride with my brother to Grandma's and hang out there until the office opens. Then I'll get my keys and go home. The forecast isn't calling for rain, and the temperature should be nice. So, I hope that it is.
Today I played Fallout: New Vegas. I mentioned in my gaming blog entry, that the game is bringing up some scary memories of my childhood. I know that's weird to say, considering the game is set in the future. But I can't help being so scared every time I see the geckos. Their real-life lookalike, the gila monster, was the one creature I was scared of while living in Arizona. Not the rattlesnakes, not the scorpions, not roadrunners (how could I be afraid of my school's mascot). I was afraid of a slow-moving lizard. And now I'm encountering giant version of them that run so fast! I am not even afraid of Slenderman this much.
The only reason I kill the geckos in the game (when all I want to do is run away) is because I am getting experience points. If there wasn't some incentive, I would just run in the opposite direction and probably get caught by Powder Gangers or some monster that I haven't encountered yet in the game.
It's also possible that I am itchy because my body is reacting to the fear. I didn't start feeling itchy until I began playing today. But I think it's just that it was so hot in the house.
Well, that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
