I'm sad...

I received my new copy of Xenosaga Episode 1 today. And two minutes after getting it from the mailbox I discovered that it is my PS2 that is the problem. So I now have two copies of a game I can't play. I sent a message to my sister and asked if she could try out the games on her boyfriend's PS2 (which was mine but I sold it to him). If they work on his PS2, I plan on selling at least one of them. I also learned why it doesn't work in my PS2. I read that the slim PS2s aren't able to read double-layer discs. That doesn't explain why I was able to play MGS2 through once, but haven't been able to play it since. The Internet said that I may have to open my PS2 and clean the dust out. But I am not about to do that because knowing my luck I will break it. There aren't places nearby that could do it for me. So I looked for consoles online. I didn't have any luck.
So, I'm sad. Not really. I expected that the game wouldn't play. Oh well.
Other than that, I didn't do much today. I watched YouTube videos a lot today. I spent most of my money as well. I paid the phone bill (even Dad's portion), and paid for a stamp shipment, and ordered a puzzle magazine subscription from my boss's kid. It helps him get a Mario Bros. T-Shirt that glows in the dark, so I am happy to help. I just wish it could have been a fundraiser that had something I wanted. I like popcorn and candy sales, not magazines.
Anyway, that was my day. I hope yours was more exciting. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
