Playing in the pool...

I brought my 3DS with me on my trip to Sinking Spring. The point was to earn Play Coins by using the pedometer. I also took it with me to Peebles to mow. The twenty mile ride gave me the maximum amount of daily coins, and 4,310 steps on the counter. The Coins ended up being a waste of steps, because I was given three puzzle pieces that I already had. I will just have to keep walking, or pedaling, in order to get the pieces I still need in that Metroid: Other M puzzle.
On the way back to the house in order to get my things for Peebles, my brother stopped and talked to me. He was taking Macie to see Mom, and then he was going to work. I was hoping to see him go by on my way to Peebles, that way I could ride to Peebles with them. But instead I had to go back and feed the animals, fill Luca's pool, and get my things together for the ride.
Mowing yesterday was okay. I managed to not be rained out. After finishing, I stopped and talked to Mom and Macie. Then we walked to the Post Office so Mom could get a stamp for a letter she wrote. Then we parted ways. It looks like Mom will be going to Cynthiana this weekend to stay. This also means that we won't be seeing each other as much anymore. Mom says it's too far to ride on a bicycle. And maybe it is, but it isn't impossible for me. I just wish my brother and I could hurry up and get the money for a house so we wouldn't be split apart like this.
Yesterday evening there was a big storm here. It was quite rough. I forgot to my bike in the shed, and it got all wet. In the end, I left it outside. It was a chance to wash off the dirt and mud.
Luca broke her chain again. She was in the barn, terrorizing Stri-P-Grr and lowercase. I brought the cable back out and tied it up to the concrete block. She does like using her pool, though. She was playing in it after the storm ended.
That's about it, I guess. I didn't do much other than delivering and mowing. I slept for quite a while after getting back to the house. As far as I know, after Carma wakes up after getting home, we will start moving things out of the way in order to paint. Of course, we can't move things if it is going to be raining. I guess in that time she's sleeping, and if it isn't raining, I will probably mow the yard here. I will just have to then worry about waiting for the grass to dry. And then worry about Joey always getting in my way. So, I will see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
