The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

Today was a do nothing day. I couldn't do much if I wanted to, as it rained most of the day. We got a letter from Mom today. She is worried that something is wrong, because we haven't written to her in a while. Dad has a letter written, but is too lazy to fill out the envelope. Actually, he says that if were to write it out then Mom wouldn't open it. As for me, I just haven't had anything to say. At least nothing that I haven't already written to her before.

My sister came here for the night really late last night. As a treat, Dad made pancakes. I always tease her by sending text and picture messages saying when we have pancakes. So this time she was here to eat them. And we continued with the fancy breakfasts at dinner time as well. We had eggs, sausage, toast, and fried potatoes.

After dinner, we played pool in the garage. Once again, I lost to Dad 14-6. But I tied my brother 1-1. I played the best pool I have ever played, though the numbers don't back that up. My problem was hitting the eight ball in on accident. I would have a whole string of great shots, always followed by either scratching on the 8-ball or hitting the 8-ball in out of turn. There was only game that I wasn't playing my best. But it wasn't that I played poorly, it was because Dad cleared the table after I failed to make anything on the break.

I worked some more on the paper's Facebook page today. I managed to get a picture from my phone sent to my E-mail so I could upload it to Facebook. It is almost ready for viewing. It is technically already ready for viewing, but I won't be linking it for people quite yet.

Well, I am off to bed. I hope to see you around the forums, and until I do...
