The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

Tonight we are supposed to get a big amount of snow. The forecasts are calling for six to eight inches of snow in this next winter storm. That's just wonderful. It kind of is, because it hasn't started yet. It was supposed to have already been happening. Maybe the sky decided that we had enough winter, and wants to give us a break.

Yeah, that's not happening. When I wake up tomorrow, there will be so much snow on the ground that I will have to shovel a path just to feed the animals in the morning.

I spent the day playing Star Ocean: The Last Hope - International. I must say, the story is getting really good. I am surprised with myself that I haven't shed a single tear yet. Well, there was one this morning, but that was because I had just woken up and it was just there due to strain at looking at the TV so early in the morning. It happens often when I wake up early, so it's not just a one-time thing because I was playing a game.

Anyway, I have reached the third planet. I am only a little frightened. It doesn't look very hospitable.

I baked more pumpkin cookies today. My sister sent me a message, and even called the house, asking for some of them. If she can get here, she can have them. I am not a cookie delivery boy.

Mom ended up being calmer than I expected at how my brother brought his ex-girlfriend over for the night. I don't think it's going to happen again. Mom flat-out told her that she was not welcome here. Go Mom! And I am glad, because maybe this time my brother will actually listen.
