I asked one simple thing...

And did it happen? No. On Monday when I was talking to Iris about this week's newspaper count, I asked that she would send me a text message with the amount of newspapers we would be distributing this week. Since we are beginning to expand to another county, I need to know (as the circulation manager) who gets how many newspapers. The owner's and my routes aren't affected, but I don't have any clue as to how many people we hired for the other routes or how many papers they will receive. As CM, it is necessary that I know this. I have my own route to finish, so I can't be waiting for a notification or for people to randomly show up and say that they work here now.
I have an idea as to who would get what, but I shouldn't be left to guess. If I was given more office time, I would be more in the know and not be left scratching my head like some derpy dimwit (which I haven't done yet, because scratching damages skin).
The weather here is having trouble deciding what it wants to do. It wants to rain, but it knows that tomorrow is Thursday and as such, it is trying to hold out so I can be rained on while on my new bike. My bike has been really fortunate to have only been in slight sprinkling (or what I call "spinkies"). But it is expected to rain and storm all day tomorrow.
I decided to send a text message to find out, because I know that if I don't I will be unable to sleep because I will just let it get under my skin and bother me all night. I think I should have just let it fuel an anger. I was just told that there is going to be a surprise insert in tomorrow's papers. Something that the boss has known for two whole days and neglected to mention along with how many newspapers we would be getting. So now I am really quite annoyed with it all. Now instead of merely rushing to finish before the storm arrives, I am going to really hurry in order to make up the time lost from having to separate an insert that I could have done while I was working on Monday. They were there, I saw them. But they were in an area of the office that I am no longer allowed to be.
Moving on, because I haven't received a response to my recent text message...
I played Ni No Kuni today. I am on my way to stop a volcano from erupting. I really enjoyed the Sage's Trials. I thought it was great mechanic on having to use both analog sticks in order to complete the friendship trial. I had a little case of laziness during the trial of wits and asked for hints on the first and last puzzles. I could've done them myself, but rather than make a list of each combination on where to place the statues and try each combination, I asked for the hints. The second puzzles was easiest for me.
I have ten Familiars now, and I understand the reviews saying the game has a Pokemon-esque feel to it when it comes to Familiars. I just want to tame them all. They're just so cute! And unlike Pokemon, they evolve (or, metamorphose) to forms that are just as cute as their former states. In my opinion, Mighty Mite is cuter than Mite.
I have fallen to 8th Place in Gaming King. I have 1,673 votes right now. It may be considered "settling", but I am perfectly happy with finishing in the Top 10. I have come to terms with it. What I haven't come to terms with is the fact that I am losing to a bunch of people who only put out only Minecraft videos. How can people only post Minecraft videos? Sure it's fun at first (it is fun, right?), because you are some block-person who has to fend for him/herself on some block-planet. You get a house built made from sticks or something and then find some random cow or sheep that you can eat. Then the enemies come at night and blow everything up. After that, you mine and mine and mine and if you're lucky you'll find a rare gem or something.
I have never played it, so I don't really know. I have seen a lot of videos of it, and none of the players seem to care that they are ruining their little imaginary planets with all this mining. They are destroying their world in order to get enough special items to outfit themselves with special armor.
And then you have those "Hunger Games" players. Some of those videos are entertaining. But still, after 15 or more of those videos, it just gets old.
On that note, here's my latest video. I didn't want to only give out Osu! videos during this election cycle, so I found this Cave Story footage that I had taking up space. Now I can delete it and put something else there.
Anyway...
Mom called today. We talked for about ten minutes. She called to check in and see how everything is going here. I was glad to hear her voice. She couldn't talk longer, because she said she had an appointment. But she also mentioned not wanting to cost too much on the phone bill. Anyway, it was nice.
Well, it's getting late, and I have nothing else to talk about. I have to prepare for a rainy ride tomorrow, so that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
