I started nodding off at 6 pm.

I am hoping that when it warms up I am not as tired. All this cold one day, hot the next, is not fun.
I worked from 9am-3pm today. I didn't even finish my lunch because I was working too much. My sandwich was getting stale just sitting there on my desk. I ended up throwing it out. I even sold an ad today. This week's paper will be full of ads. So full that there may not be room for the court news. I want to keep the article I wrote on the history of St. Patrick's Day, though.
I had a time working on a full page ad that Gabby sold. I had to make a St. Patrick's Day themed ad for a mobile home salesperson. It was difficult because I had to use PhotoShop. I am getting used to it. I am still not confident in my ability with it, but I managed. Another ad I had to do made me turn a black-and-white ad into color. We were given the ad in black-and-white, and then Gabby sold it today for color. Luckily my researching skills are better than my PhotoShop skills. I was able to find the exact same pictures in the original ad and make color versions.
The Easter brochures I made arrived by UPS today! They look awesome. After seeing the finished product, I found only a couple things I didn't like about it. The main one was not my fault, but the printer's (I think). One of the ads in it came out with blue spots in it, and the ad has no blue in it. It's supposed to be yellow. Even the copy I printed out here at home didn't have blue in it. I used it as reference. But other than that, it looks amazing!
Before I fell asleep, I was playing Oblivion. I started a new game, this time playing as a Wood Elf. I normally play as a Breton, but I wanted to try something different. I am also going to stick to the main story. I don't want to get too bogged down with the side quests. One thing I don't like about the Wood Elf starting out is that they can't carry as much as the others. But I'll manage.
Tomorrow I am working on finishing the paper. Then, I will spend the rest of the time working on the Dairy Bar menu. The owner called today and said that she'd like a proof within the next few days to show the owner of the Dairy Bar. I have the feeling I may be putting in an extra hour or two at the office tomorrow. Which doesn't bother me, I could always use the money.
But you know, I fear that I may be getting burnt out with all these special products I am doing. This is the third one I have been working on since I started composing, and there are two more after this one. It may be just too much too soon. I like the work because of the challenge and the experience, but the owner thinks I am good enough at my job to churn out menu after menu in the time frames I have been given. Each project has a shorter due date, and I am not sure I will be able to complete them. Not with the amount of work time I am getting paid for. So here's hoping that I get more hours soon.
Anyway, that's all for now. I think I may either go to sleep again, or play some more video games. I have a couple strategies from Ryu-Kentoshii Hirokima that I need to try out with Final Fantasy XIII. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
