My feelings...haven't changed.

Another frigid day here. It wasn't too bad, as long as I stayed in the house. I am quite fine with that idea. The snow can stay out there doing it's thing, and I will stay in the house doing my thing. What was my thing today? Well, it was pre-ordering Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII Collector's Edition and Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD. And the best part is I have plenty of time to actually earn the money for these two games, since I won't receive them until 5-7 days after X/X-2 is released. Well, my credit card is charged for them now, but...you get the idea. So basically, my Easter present to myself has been decided! Not that I actually get myself an Easter present regularly, because I don't.
The voting period is going very well so far. It's only been one day, and already the votes are pouring in. If you haven't yet, send in your vote. Once you do, you will receive this lovely gift signifying that you did your TFF civic duty.
And the best part is, there is no chance of being called in for TFF Jury Duty. Keep in mind that if a system comes into effect requiring members to serve on a TFF Jury of some sort, then no one on the voting administration panel has had any part in selecting members based on if they voted in this year's Awards. Unless we, in fact, were; and then I guess the best part then becomes the fact that TFF is free to join and you don't have to pay taxes periodically as a resident here. Unless...nah, I think I'll stop there.
Dad was here today. And when he came in the house, he asked me if he could take me on my route tomorrow. He said that the temperature tomorrow morning would be near 0 degrees (-17 Celsius) and he wanted to do this. I gave him the normal "But wouldn't that tear you away from you other family" bit that I am beginning to think is getting old and I have to think of some other retort. But then, since he was insisting, and I needed to buy cat food anyway, and I didn't want the extra weight to deal with, I ended up saying that he could take me on my route.
But not because I wanted to. I am perfectly capable of riding my bike in freezing temperatures. I am doing this out of the goodness of my heart in making my father feel like he has some purpose in life. Personally, I think he's just trying to make sure that the one person earning money doesn't become unable to earn money. After all, wouldn't you want the one paying your bills to continue paying your bills if you were in his position? Maybe I will finally get the nerve to ask him if/when he's going to come home and actually take some of the burden off of my brother and me.
Especially since it seems he thinks he has some kind of say on what potentially goes on here. He told me that my brother is somewhat mad at him today. He said that if my brother's girlfriend gets removed from Pop's house not that he's dead, he will not be moving her in this house. First, how dare Dad say this! It's not his decision at all on who lives here. He doesn't pay for anything here. He doesn't even live here! Second, of course she won't be moving in here. I won't be letting any woman move in here, unless she is known by the title of Michael Swayne's Mom. And I get that right, because I am the one paying for everything around here.
Anyway, things with my brother and his girlfriend are on rocky ground right now anyway. Probably because of thing discussed in the previous paragraph. When he got home, he took the phone (which he hasn't paid for in two months) and called her. Then, he would hang up with her, and go to her house. And then come back, and call her again. And this process repeated until midnight while I was typing this. And there lots of hanging up and re-dialing the phone too. I could tell because the light on the console thing that charges the phone kept blinking on and off. But of course, I am not told anything about it, so I can only make assumptions and write about them here.
Well, Dad is supposed to be here at about 6am to take me on my route. I want to try and get a couple more hours of sleep in before he arrives. I slept from 8pm to 11pm by the fire, I think. I didn't look at the clock, despite having one on the PSP as I was playing Star Ocean: First Departure (is this game short?) before falling asleep. Anyway, that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
Later! And don't forget to send in your votes!
