The New King is Crowned

I had trouble getting to sleep last night. I wasn't the only one, both of my siblings were up throughout the night as well. Then, at about 4:45am, my brother and sister started getting ready for their drive to the prison. At 5:30am, the two of the climbed in the truck and started on their way. And then they slid into the car that was parked next to the truck because there was so much ice on the driveway, and the 4-Wheel Drive wasn't on. They finally got out of the driveway, and were out of my field of vision. I was left there, waiting for the two of them to come back with my mother.
I couldn't get back to sleep after that. I tried. In the end, I stayed up and played Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. I finished the Snow White level at 92% of the treasure. After that, I put in [I]Fallout: New Vegas[I]. It was as I was entering Nipton that my brother and sister pulled into the driveway. And my Mom was with them! I was so happy to see her. She had changed so much. Her face looks nothing like it did before, but that's one of the side effects of the drug use. It's almost as if she is a different person. After she brought her things into the house, the two of us went to visit Sqwiglee, her cat that passed away while she was gone. Then we looked at everything else, to make sure that everything was still here.
The rest of the day was spent catching up. The only time we weren't in sight of each other was when Dad stopped by. From what Mom said afterward, the two of them are no longer going to be together. And that's when I started putting plans in my head. If Dad expects to keep his things in MY house or on MY property, he is going to have play by MY rules. I will no longer keep his things here for free. If he wants a storage space, he will pay for it. I'm thinking $30 per week. That should be enough to keep his trucks he doesn't drive, his vintage Mustang in MY garage, as well as his tools, motorcycle, and other belongings he has here. It's either that, or he can rent a storage space. I will work on a document to make it all proper tomorrow. No one is going to do what he did and get away with it without some kind of payment extracted. And, there will no longer be anymore walking in the house without knocking first. Plus, he's turning over his keys. I won't have any non-resident be in possession of any keys to MY house.
Mom and I made dinner this evening. I got to eat actual food. Nothing deep-fried, nothing microwaved. Actual made from scratch food! It tasted so good. I had a cheeseburger, sweet potatoes, and baked beans. The burger had onions, pickles mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup on it. I know, it's not exactly the healthiest option, but it's healthier than what my brother and I have been eating for the last year.
After dinner, I started a profile of The Sims 3: Pets. I designed a cat to look like U; and my character looks like me, except with blue hair. I showed Mom my blue hair dye and told her that I still want to change my hair color. She suggested that I just get highlights. I said that it wasn't enough, because I want it all to be blue. I bought the stuff, so I want to use it.
Anyway, it was a nice day one. And if you'll notice, the title of this blog has changed. It is another new chapter, so it deserves a new title. Welcome to...
The Michael Swayne Story III:
The New King
Basically, I am changing the game. I will no longer be the kid that stands by and watches as things happen around him. I am going to be the man who changes things while others watch. If people don't like it, they are free to leave. I care not what they think or say. It's high time I stand up for myself and my family; and I'm not about to let some no good, sack of bad words act as if he's welcome where he isn't. He's made his choice, and he chose poorly. Now, he's stuck. One of the first things I am going to do is change the accounts on all of the bills to my name. Then, any mail he gets will be sent back to the sender. It's what I do for all of the other people that get their mail sent here that don't live here.
There are some other things to take of as well, but I will save that for later. I am pretty tired right now, so I am headed for bed. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
Michael
