Self-Violence while Sleeping

I didn't sleep well last night. Not because I was up playing games all night, but because I scared myself awake. I woke up from a dream where I was trying to pet a cat, and like most similar situations in anime, the cat open its mouth to like 20-30 times its size and bit my hand. I jerked my hand back and almost hit myself in the eye in real life. Then, I feel something on my other arm, and it was the cricket that has been hiding in my room. I find the noise peaceful, so I don't go actively seeking him out. I guess it was tired and wanting to sleep in the covers with me or something. Or maybe it thought I was in danger and wanted to be like the cricket in Mulan and save me. I don't know. I shooed it off my arm, because after all, it is a bug, and I don't want to think that there is a bug on me while I sleep.
And after that, I couldn't get back to sleep. I tried. I ended up taking several naps throughout the day, and I am still tired now. I hope I stay tired long enough to fall asleep. Otherwise, it will be a long night. And I have work in the morning.
Speaking of work, it stormed here tonight. That is wonderful, because it means it will be wet and muddy tomorrow. Not only that, it will another hot day tomorrow. If only I knew when the papers would arrive. If there was a way to monitor the shed or like set a silent alarm that would notify me when it was unlocked, I could know when to wake up in the mornings and go to work. I don't like waiting for hours. Especially when I don't have anything else to do.
Moving on...
I caught up on some anime today. I watched the Tenri arc of The World God Only Knows as well as what has aired of the third season of the show. I also saw the newest episode of Free!. Now that the swimming tournament is nearly over (there's literally one-fourth of a race left to air) the show will be wrapping up for the season. I will be glad when it is, because then I can move on to something else.
Well, that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
Michael
