The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

And now, I will go to sleep...

If I didn't like my hair so much, I would be pulling it out right now. Joey is driving me crazy. He asks a question, and then asks me again three minutes later. He's loud and obnoxious, and he's really eating up the time I could be spending trying to earn points and guaranteeing a Top 3 spot in the Bronze League. I have a big headache, and it started as soon as he got off the bus. I really hope there is nice enough weather to mow the yard at the office. It was raining today, and I couldn't do it. Anyway, I am reaching my breaking point. I am extremely tired and I want to go to sleep, but I am stuck answering the same questions over and over and listening to him mess with Jackson (who is either dead or asleep, lucky dog). Only 66 minutes until his bedtime.

I did ride to Sinking Spring this morning. The tree cutters were out taking care of the damage from yesterday's rain. My chain came off on the way back from Sinking Spring. Mom texted me and asked about my physical condition after my trip on Thursday. Which I haven't told you about yet. Story time!

After my route was done, I went on another of my adventure rides. You know, where I ride to someplace to say that I could do it. Yesterday's trip was to Seaman, where my Mom is living with her sister. I rode on the major highway, which was scary at first. All of those semi trucks barreling by, plus it was raining. There was a whole mile I spent riding downhill, and that was fun. I felt excited when I first started. Then a few miles later I questioned starting the trip. But then I was saying that I had gone too far to turn back, so I kept pedaling. When I came close, I pulled the envelope with the address out of my bag and started looking for the house. An hour later I was talking to my Mom and playing with Aunt's dogs.

I stayed for an hour, just long enough to visit with Mom, my Aunt, and my Uncle. I then got back on my bike and rode back to Peebles. Then I rode back to the house. On the way, I stopped at the Dairy Bar and got something for dinner. When I got back to the house, I had to deal with Joey and Jackson barking, screaming, and carrying on until Joey and Carma left. Then I was free to sleep.

The papers were three hours late on Thursday. I sent a message to Carma saying that I wouldn't be home in time for Joey to get off the school bus. That's also when I got the idea to go and visit Mom. I already said I wasn't going to be back in time, so I was free to stay out as late as I wanted. And Mom had an important letter that I needed to give her, so I took the opportunity to visit her.

It has rained a lot since Wednesday evening. And the forecast is calling for more rain for the next week. That's always fun.

I guess school is tiring, because Joey said that he wanted to go to bed. Yay!

I won Match 8 in the Bronze League. There is a small chance that I could win the competition. If Havoc273 and X18JELLO18X lose their matches, and I win and score enough points to have the highest amount, then I could win. But really, my goal is to stay in the Top 3. There are too many variables to get 1st Place. Right now I am in third, and I want to not drop down. If I can just defeat nexus_x2007, then I will guarantee that I finish in at least third place.

Well, depending on tomorrow morning's weather, I may be mowing in town. Of course, that will only happen after Carma gets home. I may not like Joey, but I am not going to leave him here by himself. Not for $15, at least. I wonder how much I would have to be offered in order to leave him here by himself.

My copies of Hitman: Absolution and Hitman: HD Collection arrived today. Those were the other two games I had ordered a while ago that I mentioned when I ordered Sleeping Dogs and Super Mario 3D Land (both of which I have already finished, by the way). I must also confess to making a big purchase. I saw this lot of games for sale on eBay that I assumed was a great deal. You tell me if it is:

Dishonored
Assassin's Creed III
Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare
Mass Effect 3
PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale
Bioshock Infinite
Max Payne 3
Borderlands 2
Ratchet & Clank Collection

Each game is still factory sealed brand new. And the total cost was $80. I already have the Ratchet & Clank game, but I figured I would just resell that one. So, is it worth the amount I paid? None of these are games that I would normally buy and play, so I know nothing of their worth. I have just heard a lot of people like these titles, and I figured I would find out if they are as good as what I have been told.

Well, I guess that's it for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...

Later!

Michael
