Can you burn a bridge if there was never one to begin with...?

So, my 10-year high school reunion was last night. I didn't go. I didn't even know we had one until this morning. I found out about it on Facebook, because my cousin tagged me in a post about it. She lives in Florida, and couldn't make it. But she tagged everyone in our class to congratulate us. I don't really understand why. Anyway, so I commented on the post saying "Really? We had one? I had no idea!"
Now, one would assume that in this day and age where technology is so great that we would have a way to contact others and schedule big events like a high school reunion. Or maybe one of my many "friends" would at least call or mail a letter asking if I was going.
But no, it seems I was left off the guest list. Now, even if I had been invited, I wouldn't have attended. I'm not the type to go to gatherings. But the fact that I wasn't invited really just burns me up. It makes me wonder if I was really as liked as I thought I was. I doubt I could have done anything in the last 10 years to make me hated. I haven't even seen any of them to do that. That comment I sent my cousin has since been deleted from Facebook, and not by me. I guess some people don't want to answer a simple question.
Oh well. I had my little rage moment, and deleted everyone from the school district on my friends list. There is no reason to keep them. They can't help me get ahead in life. They couldn't even help me get ahead in school. It was always me that carried them through everything. Anyway, I am okay. Just knowing that there's a great chance I will outlive those people is enough to keep a smile on my face and a catchy song in my brain.
Well, that's all I want to type about for now. I will have to write about other things soon. So, until then...
Later!
