The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

I watched over Joey last night after Carma left for work. It wasn't bad at all. I made a pizza for dinner. I think the only bad part of the night was when after I told him to get ready for his bath, he had me wash his back. I didn't want to see him naked, so while the water was filling up the tub, I washed his back since he was still clothed. Not since earlier that day had there been such a closeness between us.

And earlier that day, he showed me that he had a loose tooth. I asked him if he wanted me to pull it out. He was hesitant at first, but he let me do it in the end. I have never pulled out someone else's teeth before, not even my brother's or sister's.

My cellphone is not getting any service, when normally it gets great service. It's like the towers blew up or something. I am worried that Mom will try calling or sending a message, and when I am unable to reply she will worry. I think what it is is that my phone is on its last legs, and it is time for a new one. Or...maybe it was just in a mood. The thing suddenly got service again just now. And now it lost it again. Anyway, I have had the phone since 2007, so maybe it's time to replace it.

I am reaching the end of Branch B in Drakengard 3, I think. I am not sure what will happen. You see, I am using a guide to find the treasure chests in each area, that way I don't have to go back through each verse multiple times. And the guide only lists four Verses for Branch B. I am thinking that once I repair this Branch, the story will revert back to the one of Branch A. I am not sure. If it does, I hope I get to fight the enemies from Branch A. These new ones are really tough to fight.

There might not be time to play much today, though. Yesterday, I mowed the yard, but I wasn't able to finish. The spring came off the mowing deck. Randy, who was out in the field at the time, was able to fix it when he came back to the house. But by the time that happened, it was nearly dark. So, I couldn't finish mowing. Now I have that to do today, on top of whatever else Carma has planned to work on. I don't know how much that is, because she will most likely sleep once she gets back. And knowing her, she will be sleeping for quite a while. Honestly, I don't want to do much today.
