The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

My allergies have been acting up today. I wish the weather would stabilize to something remotely normal. I have been sneezing all day. I wish I was actually sick with something, because then I could get better. But I just have to deal with it when it's allergies. Yeah, there's medications I could take, but I don't take medicine and haven't for 13 years. I should have known that I would be like this now, because they didn't do this in the spring.

Anyway...

This week's paper is going to be the first paper I made that will be in color. I can't wait to see it! I was finished with the paper at 10:30 this morning, but I didn't know how to write the press report because it was the first one in color. And then, for some weird reason, page seven of the paper was dated for 12-20-12. But it wasn't dated that when I went to fix it. It was dated for 12-13-12. So, I sent it again. Everything seemed fine when I left the office at 3pm, because they didn't call back with any more corrections.

I was also given my check today. I went to cash it at the store, and learned that JP's is no longer JP's. It is a stupid 1st Stop. The rumors were that they were going to make Valley Market in to a 1st Stop, but they bought JP's instead. This sucks, because now I have a check, but no way to cash it. Dad said that he may be able to deposit it into his account at the bank, and then just make a check out for cash and get the money. I don't think that can happen, because I know that the Messenger can't withdraw money after just depositing it. So, more than likely, I will either have to start making wallpaper out of my checks, or break down and buy get an ID card. My brother said that I should just go and get my driver's license, and I said "No" immediately at that idea. There is no reason for me to drive when I can go anywhere I want on the bike. So, there may be a trip to wherever the nearest place to get and ID is.

Besides, it would be weird to have wallpaper made out of uncashed checks.

I am unable to play Morrowind on this computer. I sort of figured that, because it is an older game. My Pinball games also don't play well either. And I have tried several times to install Spotify, but it doesn't work either. I guess I will just stick to listening to music on YouTube.

Speaking of YouTube, I really do not like the new setup of it. But I will get used to it, I guess.

We played pool tonight. My brother and Dad had been playing all day (because apparently the vehicles they have to work on will magically fix themselves), but I didn't play until after dinner. When I played I would win. I was playing very well tonight. My brother was off his game, and Dad was still the same (He played well). I think I was just lucky.

Well, I have to wake up early tomorrow, so that's all for tonight. I hope to see you around the forums, and until that time comes...
