The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle

The big news today is that the person that Dad is cheating on Mom with got into a car wreck. And I am happy about it. I know, I have no heart. But really, I have been wishing for this to happen for a long time. After my Dad and sister left to go to the hospital, I turned on my happiest music and did the greatest of happy dances. I like the swing spin that Jay Chou incorporated in this song. Each of the other songs in My Spotify PlayList are equally adequate in giving me a beat for a happy dance.

But seriously, I have had a spring in my step ever since I saw Dad in a little panic mode. It is just another way that the universe truly wants me to be happy. Just like how our land line phone won't call Floozy, but will call every other phone number in the world. I can't plan these things. I want them to be, and they just have been working out that way. And if I end up biting it later on because I enjoy this way too much, well, I will gladly take it.

Moving on...

I earned another four Battle Trophies in Star Ocean: TtEoT. I am also farther than I have ever been. Those skeletons were difficult to defeat. That mini-boss battle against those three thugs from Whipple gave me three levels (thank you triple EXP!), and the skeletons were still difficult. And in FF: The 4 Heroes of Light, I finally defeated the Sand Devil. I think I should have unequipped the items and stuff that Krinjh had with him. If I had known that he was leaving so soon, I would have. But I am sure I will get those items again later. Like the Ethers, and Phoenix Downs he had. I already the spells he had on the others.

Work today was so boring. I was done with my work for this week's paper before 11am. There were only a half of one page of ads to make. Not good when you require eight pages to make a paper. I told Misty about the situation, and then took her sales sheets to her house. She was taking care of her sick son, so she couldn't come to the office and sell from there. Anyway, I am getting closer to finishing the menu. The time I had after I finished what was already sold for this week was spent working on the menu. If any of you has $50 burning a hole in your pocket, you could always get a place in this takeout menu I am working on.

I also made Gabby a moderator of the Facebook page. I only did it because she has more Facebook friends than I do, and can influence a lot more people to like the page. Other than that, she isn't really useful for anything else. Yet. I am sure that if the page starts booming with activity, I will need her to help in a more direct way.

Chinese New Year is 3.5 weeks, and I am getting ready for it by watching all of my favorite parts of the CCTV Spring Festival Galas. I started with the 2010 Gala. Faye Wong performed that year, after taking a long break from music. I still have three or four hours to watch for that year's concert. Truth be told, I still haven't watched all of the 2012 Gala. I meant to, but my computer at the time wasn't working properly. I will watch it before the 2013 Gala airs.

Well, that's all for now. I have my work cut out for me tomorrow. But at least I won't have to worry about lunch. Iris called the office today and said that she will be buying lunch for all of us tomorrow. Anyway, I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
