It was an accident...

You would think I must have been busy to not have made more entries recently, but I don't think I have been. On Wednesday, I did normal Wednesday things: watched television, played video games, got everything ready for when I go to work on Thursday.
Thursday though, was full of excitement. First, I finished my route at around 10am. Then I rode to Seaman, because I had to give Mom the new laptop battery. While there, we walked around the street fair they were having there. I left when the parade was about to start, because I didn't want to stay for it. That's when I got the dumb idea to take the railroad tracks back to Peebles. At first it was fun and exciting. But then I realized it wasn't as fun as I had hoped. It was too bumpy to ride the bike, so I had to walk the tracks. Then there were three high rail bridges I had to cross. I don't like heights. But I focused and took it one step at a time, and was able to cross each of the bridges. After a while, I wanted to give up. But there were no roads or landmarks to tell me where I was. I had to keep going, because it was too late to turn back.
Despite feeling as if I was going to die, I did see a bunch of stuff. There is this blue house along the tracks. I couldn't see any driveway, or people, or anything. It was just there. It may have served a purpose at some point when the railroad was used more. I took pictures of several things I saw on my little adventure. I wanted to take more pictures, but I was afraid I'd drop my phone and break it. Several spots looked as if they straight out of the Slender game.
By the time I got back to the house, I was so sore. It hurt to breathe, to walk, to lift my arms. Both Mom and Carma had sent me messages asking where I was. It would have taken me one hour to get from Seaman to Peebles by taking the highway. It took more than three with the railroad tracks. I will not take the railroad tracks again, unless there is no possible way to go any other way.
Anyway, I was still hurting on Friday that I only delivered in Sinking Spring. I had the house to myself until Joey came home. Carma stayed in Cincinnati to have car fixed, and wasn't back until Saturday. Before Joey came home, I stayed in bed and slept. After, I stayed on my bed, and played video games and browsed the Internet. I only got up to tell Joey to stop messing with stuff. He didn't listen of course, and was then scolded by Carma when she got back. Not only was he searching through drawers and cabinets again, but this time he was spraying disinfectant cleaner at nothing, filling the room with a bleachy fog. At 10:30 pm, he went to bed.
On Saturday, I had to watch Joey until Carma got home. As soon as she did, I got my stuff together and left for Peebles. I mowed at the office, and I took my time doing it. When I got back, I took a nap. Then after I woke up, I played video games, earning two trophies. One was in Tales of Symphonia, the other in Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. I am not doing too well in the competition. With the state my PS3 has been in, I haven't really been in the mood to play much. I lost both of the first two matches, and I am currently losing this third match. I already told them other competitors about the situation, so they know what's happening. This will in fact be my last season in the competition. Maybe. Maybe I will come into a large sum of money and be able to get a new PS3 before the season ends. I sent off that envelope to Wal-Mart yesterday while I was in Peebles. So after I get the money for the new bike, I can focus on getting a new console.
I don't know what I am going to do today. I hope to just take it easy and not have to deal with Joey too much. Maybe I will try and go back to sleep. I can try, but I doubt I will be able to. One thing I know I have to do is keep Jackson away from Luca. He has been caught three times dog-knotted with her, and I want to keep the chance of puppies at a minimum. It doesn't help that Joey lets Jackson out constantly despite being told not to. His excuse is that he "accidentally" let him out. How can you accidentally open a door? Someone needs to teach him the meaning of the word accidentally. You don't accidentally walk across a room, open a door, and say "Go outside, Jackson". There's nothing accidental about that.
Well, that's all for now. I hope to see you around the forums, and until then...
Later!
