The Saviors Return: Man in the Mirror

As you may or may not know already (mostly because i dont remember if i put it in my last 2 entries) I am spending Christmas break up at my girlfriends. It will be a month that i am going to spend here and in that month i get to meet all of her friends and most importantly her family i met everybody in her immediate family already the last member being her twin brother today (not identical)

She has an older brother and a twin brother who technically is older then her. All three of them go to different schools and her family lives in suburban area close to chicago. Me and her both go to school in southern illinois. Im originally from around there and this is were i met her at school this past semester. In the race for the family to get home me and her were the first ones to make it to her parents house. Her father works in the city and we met him at his office and then we were going to get lunch and head back to their place. So the first on the list to meet is the father. This wasnt like meeting any other father though, it was much easier. Her father is a very easy going, comical kind of guy. The downside is he is a lawyer. While that may mean that he has got a fat bank account it also means that he worries alot which is okay because he is her father and if i had a daughter or even a son id worry a lot too im sure. When i say worry i dont mean about me. Just being a lawyer he seems very skeptical of different situations. All in all it was good, easy he is very easy to get along with and its nice that we have already started to bond a little bit.

Next was her mother. Her mom is easy she is very worrisome and quite sweet. She is very generous and hospitable and aims to please everyone. Meeting her was nothing more then hi how are you and then conversations flourished between all parties.

Her oldest brother goes to Notre Dame and he studied abroad for a semester in London. When he got back from London was the first day that i got to meet him. He was the on i was worried about because he was the older brother. I know if i had a little sister then people would worry about me. It wasnt bad though he is a really nice guy and so far seems to like me at least a little bit we get along good and everything is going well.

I met her twin brother today that completes the meeting of the family. Her twin brother was very much like her she said not to worry about him at all. So i didnt. He was definatly the easiest person to meet considering his whole family was there when i met him. I actually met a few of his friends this evening we all went bowling. Awful, i did terrible.

Not a whole lot else going on today though. I played a game called risk for the first time, then we decorated their christmas treee then went bowling and we watched scooby do after that now im here. So really wasnt a very productive day aside from the fact that as of now less then a month into the relationship i am at her house liveing here till the middle of January and i have met her entire family. Things are moving quickly But all is well.
