I've been fortunate enough to not have to work as much this week. Aside from my normal Thursday work, I worked Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon for Larry. I made a deposit into the Florida fund, paid a hefty payment to Discover, and also bought a pair of shoes. The shoes were needed, as I not only broke the last shoestring I had, but also wore holes in the bottoms of both shoes. They were Dollar General shoes, so I couldn't expect them to last forever. As I have been saying lately, I have been much busier than usual. So much so, that I have not been playing games as much as I would like. Anyway, as you all know, I am scrounging up every penny I can for the big journey South to Florida. Well, I am actually doing quite well at that, despite the whole "can't stop myself from buying video games that I don't need and probably won't play" bit. But other than that, I am doing quite well. It's been a busy time lately, and there hasn't been much time left over for gaming. Usually, I don't play anything console-wise until after 11:30am. That gives me time in the mornings to do my chores and anything else I need to do for the day. The only day I turn on a console before that time is Sunday. Usually.
