  1. Things are changing...

So, basically I was once again defeated by Dad in pool the other night. I lost 10-6, with every game coming down to the last ball. I started practicing some jumps, and did so-so with it. If I am ever going to defeat him, I will have to perfect what I am good at and work on my weaknesses. My only advantage over Dad right now is that his sight is going, and he can't make long shots.

But I don't think we'll be playing much anymore. We had an argument yesterday and it ended sour. ...
  2. It always starts raining just as I get on my bike.

Like the title states, it rained as I was leaving this morning. That's normal Ohio autumn for you. But the wind was brutal. Dad ended up taking me to town, saying he needed to get some cigarettes. I finished my work without any problems. The only thing of importance today was that there was a dead cat next to the back deck of the office. When I sent a text to the boss, she told me to get rid of it. So, I disposed of the cat. My legs are not.
    And that's because
    My legs are hot.

The rest of the song is somewhat inappropriate. Frankly, I am a little shocked that I even thought up the rest of the lyrics. I guess I have watched too many R-rated ...
  4. Soggy!

So, Dad's been home for a whole week, and I am loving it. His business is already making money. And I talked to one of his old customers today about it. So, there will be a lot more work coming in. The guy runs a contracting company and has several vehicles that need fixed. It seems like everyone who would have Dad work on stuff decided to just run their vehicles until they couldn't move rather than going to someone else to repair it. It's good for Dad, but bad on the cars.

  5. The Throne was Still Warm

For some weird reason, my computer was working fine for a whole 30 minutes on Saturday, 19 minutes on Monday, and 35 minutes yesterday. I think that it knows its time on my desk is growing short, and is wanting to prove it is still functional one last time before it is forever stowed underneath my bed or in my closet. It was really REALLY slow, and I only got to play a couple games of Solitaire each time; but it worked.

    Anyway...

Grandma came over on Saturday. I ...
